First and foremost, I'd like to appreciate my great mentor, Ms. Adrijia for being a supportive, cooperative, and patient mentor all throughout the course. The course was effective and beneficial. I enjoyed this journey and I have already recommended this great college to my friends. The website is well-designed and organized. The materials are appropriate, proficient, and efficient. If there are areas for improvement, they would be adding more visual lessons, and attaching audios for Phonology and Phonetics lessons.
Especially, the practical parts. In general, the course is truly useful and I loved it so much.

Everything about my experience with LCT has been great. Right from my interaction with NAHID who guided and facilitated my enrollment into the course. She is so prompt, efficient, and always available to render all kinds of support. My tutor Adrija was also quite good who was kind enough to review my MCQs quite fast and gave me the access promptly to the next modules.

The well planned structure of the course material is also quite remarkable. And the best part is their policy of taking a MCQ exam after each module
This really reduces the burden for busy people.

I recently completed a PG Diploma course in Teacher Training, and I'd like to share my feedback on various aspects of the program, including customer service.

Firstly, I found the course content to be comprehensive and well-structured. It covered a wide range of topics relevant to teaching, and the materials provided were informative and up-to-date. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, which greatly enriched my learning experience.

The customer service provided by the course coordinators was generally responsive and helpful. They promptly addressed any queries or concerns I had throughout the program.

One area where the course excelled was in fostering a collaborative learning environment. Planning the group activities and discussions were engaging and allowed us to learn from each other's experiences. The opportunity for practical teaching experience was particularly valuable, as it helped bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Regarding the course mentor, Ms. Adrija, I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was an exceptional guide throughout the program. Her expertise, dedication, and willingness to provide personalized feedback significantly contributed to my growth as an educator. Ms. Adrija's insights were invaluable, and her mentorship played a pivotal role in my successful completion of the course.

In conclusion, my PG Diploma course in Teacher Training was a valuable learning experience overall. While there were minor communication improvements that could be made, the comprehensive curriculum, collaborative environment, and the exceptional mentorship provided by Ms. Adrija made it a highly beneficial program for my professional development as a teacher.

After completing my course, I feel more knowledgeable and confident about teaching. The course modules were interesting and informative. I learned so many things that will be useful in the classroom and also during lesson planning. I appreciate that there is tutor support, although it can be challenging when dealing with different time zones. But overall, my experience was great and very fulfilling.

My time at LCTT has been great. The experience was great. Got to learn many new and beneficial things. The study materials was very useful.

The support from the Program Manager and my Tutor is worth to be mentioned. The support desk of LCT was always there to help and sort out the problems, if any I had. My Tutor was Ms. Adrija. She is really kind, helpful, active, supportive and cooperative. She knows very well how to make the things easy and interesting. I really didn't come to know how smoothly and easily I completed the course.

I was looking for a short and crisp course as I was already working in the area for which I needed the certificate.
I would like to emphasize that the course structure and material met all my expectations and I really learnt things I was unware of

Overall I had a fulfilling experience pursuing my course with LCT. The course modules were interesting and detail oriented which made the whole learning experience enjoyable. I used to look forward for each module after submitting previous assignment. My tutor, Ms. Adrija was undoubtedly a well-informed mentor who was aware, how to guide and extend support to her mentees. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my journey smooth in LCT.

My course coordinator was Pratim who was always a text away, even on Sundays! He resolved all my queries on priority.
Usually we can't help but notice how company's involved in service sector are quick to neglect you once you have made the payment, however, to my surprise, it was the exact opposite in this case. This is the reason I am taking out time to mention about their kindness and superior quality of service provided to me.

Completed the online course, just waiting on the certificate so far so good.

The courses TEFL/TESOL 480 hours and Certificate in Child Psychology have helped me see different ways to think and leverage challenges in my career. It’s such an awesome experience, and the quality of the contents is superb. These courses have equipped me with lots of tangible and professional tools to leverage and use in achieving the excellent results I desire.
During the course of the training, I gained vast experience and knowledge in classroom teaching and the psychology of human nature. I am now familiar with some human traits and behaviours, which will help me cope with the different temperaments of people.

My tutor, Adrija Maam, was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She was patient and explained concepts in a way that was easy to understand, even for those who were new to the subject. Her soft-spoken nature while explaining is really heart-touching, which made the training feel like a collaborative learning experience.
I want to thank the London College of Teachers and Trainers (LCTT) and this awesome online training, as well as my tutor, Adrija Maam, for their intellectual teachings.

Tourer’s way of introducing is very easy and she explains everything on the slides , all sessions were sent straight away after the sessions ends , all information were very clear .
