London Cask Traders Recensioni

Informative initial consultation. Clear advice and support through the buying process. Whiskey held in secure government facility and Insured. Regular social events and easily contactable. Wide range of whiskey cask options. Good payment methods available like AMEX.

This company is about its clients. I dealt with Mike Hogan for my first time investment, and I have to say, what a salesman! He was informative and passionate about Whisky, he was clear about the company ethos and what they strive to do for you and above all, I felt safe and secure from the off. Customer service cant be faulted. The process was clear, well thought out and in the end I even upped my investment. I look forward to dealing with Mike and the team for many years to come.

As a first time investor everyone who I talked to in London Cask Traders was very kind and clear.
They were very patient with all my questions and follow ups, which made the experience smooth and also comfortable which is much appreciated.
James, Avi, Alice and Abbie provided me with a very nice and professional service!

Great company to deal with everything was made so easy and uncomplicated. Will use them again in the future.

The transaction went smoothly, with everything explained in detail, giving me confidence in the product and LCT.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommening LCT

My broker is Rick. Very friendly, not a trace of any hard sell, and a sound knowledge of quality whiskeys. I am excited about my investment, which was easy to do and has been guided throughout by Rick. I've just sent this message to him,
"
I will spread the word. Thank you for guiding me through my first purchase. I have it in mind to buy three more next year, three the year after, then if, as you predicted, on my third year sell one of my first casks. I will buy more with those profits, and so on. I have transfered the full amount for my first three casks this afternoon. I like the sound of a tasting experience in London or Scotland, or both."
Happy and excited to be an investor.

I recently sold my house and decided I wanted to invest a proportion of my money for a long term project. My Mum saw an advert in the Metro initially and I emailed my interest. The service from London Cask Traders was very informative and insightful and thorough and after speaking to Rick, Mark and Billy, I have made my investment! The admin staff are so helpful and friendly and I am looking forward to seeing my investment grow for my future dreams and adventures.

I am a 1st time investor of Scottish Malt Whisky Casks ( for my family ) and was given LCT name from a worker at my local Distillery as I wasn't sure of where and how to purchase casks. My first point of call was Brian who was very friendly and efficient about explaining how the process works. Alice and the other ladies from the admin team all kept in touch at each stages to help with answering my questions and make sure all went smoothly.
My main concern was receiving each casks Delivery Order ( DO ) , as I had read that that is the main proof of cask ownership .
I had nothing to be concerned about as I received the transfer of the DO for each of my casks when they arrived at the HMRC Bonded Warehouse where i had set up my account for 10yr storage.
All in all very well run by LCT and takes a few month's for everything to be finalised.

Cheers 🥃

The company is easy to deal with . They are very efficient and their customer service is brilliant. This is important when doing business over seas . Forms arrive when they should. If having problems they are their to help. The last time I bought a cast was December 2023. The deal went through very smoothly . As a small investor this is important . will be doing business again.

London Cask Traders went the extra mile in helping me invest in whisky casks, even when I had a query regarding the location of my casks and also the ownership of the cask (confirming registration of the cask in my name) they responded to my questions and cleared up any issues I had.

The whiskey tasting event was an amazing experience. It was very well organised, the food was excellent and the speaker that talked about whiskey moments was fantastic.
I had the opportunity to taste 6 different whiskeys paired with different dishes, and all of them were excellent.

I’ve been investing with London Cask Traders for over two a years now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I have. The transparency and professionalism displayed by London Cask Traders have built my trust in them. Highly recommended for anyone looking to invest in casks!

Fantastic service /helpful advice/ kept me informed over every step to take / would advise everyone to use this great company

Really good

Professional staff

Excellent communicatuon and was able answer all my questions.

I would avoid investment with these guys

Nothing personal or nasty. My experience purchasing the casks was great but in the event of selling them, I don't feel they have the network to deliver. Buy back policies which become refunds at 0% ROIs etc.

There are some good whiskey brokers out there so I would shop around some more before going to these guys.
Not a scam but not what they make out either.

I've been managing my cask portfolio through LCT for just over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the levels of service I consistently receive.

Special shoutouts to Alice, Megan, Billy, and Ricky for always being super responsive and proactive. They are absolute rockstars!
