I bought a washing machine and tumble dryer and asked for a specific delivery date. Due to supplier shortages the tumble dryer was delayed but London Apliances handled this very well indeed. Jordan at LA did an excellent job at addressing the issue and rearranging delivery asap. I would highly recommend them and will buy my next appliance from them.

My experience with london appliances was amazing 10/10 customer service i ordered a washing machine and a dishwasher they delivered within next 2 days and installed it in 10 minutes which was very suprising to me i thought it would take them hours they even had the time to show me the machine worked.

A few issues but Jordan sorted and was great from start to finish! Without him this wouldn’t be 5 stars

I ordered a Microwave from London Appliances. I got a great deal on a fantastic Bosch unit. The delivery service was great. It arrived on time and the delivery team brought it up a couple flights of stairs to my flat and even took my old broken one away for me.The machine worked perfectly with no issues. Couldn’t be happier with this company. Great prices, very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs an appliance.

Waited 11 days for delivery, when I enquired where my appliance was going to arrive, they just said 'it's out for delivery but can't get hold of the carriers' and refunded me. Wasted my time. Then I had to go through and find a new product elsewhere and have to wait longer again.

London Appliances had a Fridge-freezer available at a the best price I could find AND they could install next day (no other company I could find could). The installation engineers were on time, friendly and did a great job.

I am a property manager having rather large portfolio to manage in London. Your website was easy to navigate, purchasing was easy and straightforward. When I called to double check my order, I got straight through with a couple of rings and the staff member gave me what I needed (same for the online chat system)

Next day delivery, tick. Delivery guys where sound, the installation was easy, they even answered a few of my questions

London Appliances are one of the most professional appliance services I have used in the 8 years + I’ve worked in property management. Sam is a joy to work with, responds within hours with quotations and bookings and if for some bizarre reason there is an issue, he rectifies it within 24 hours. They always delivers clear communication about each stage of the process. 5 stars is not enough but that’s all I can give, highly recommended.

Aadil Came to look at detergent tray for Washing Machine that was stuck, and tried to charge me for new control panel, new drainage pump and labour, amounting to £959!
Chose to get Bosch out, who fixed it for £35
Be aware that these guys are criminals
Even their retail prices for new appliances are extortionate
If you look at London Appliance Reviews over the Review websites, all cite similar, almost criminalist traits, and the main person/representative is Aadil. So, if you are careless enough to ask them to your home or quote for something, and an Aadil turns up, shut the door/put down the phone.
I have also been advised that Aadil and other sales guys are on a fierce commission structure, which encourages them to be duplicitous

This American fridge freezer has honestly made a huge difference in our kitchen. There’s so much room inside—it easily fits our weekly shop with space to spare. The side-by-side doors are really handy, and everything feels well-built and modern. The chilled water feature is a nice bonus too!

Ordering through London Appliance was really straightforward. Delivery was quick, and the team was friendly and professional when bringing it in (not the easiest appliance to move!).

It’s been running perfectly and looks fantastic. If you're after something big, reliable, and stylish, I’d definitely recommend checking this one out.

This is actually the second time I’ve bought from London Appliance—I got a Bosch fridge-freezer from them last time, and it’s been brilliant. So when I needed a new washing machine, I didn’t think twice about where to go.

From our first call with Jordan to order the new integrated fridge to the installation the following day by Zakaria and Habib, we could not have received a more efficient and professional service. These guys know their products and it was first-rate from beginning to end. Highly recommend them.

Ordered a gas cooker, arrived on time- call reveived to advise on specific time of delivery so wasnt left waiting around, delivered to room of choice, installer arrived a few hours later& installed without issue. A* for service, 100% would recommend
