I have had a terrible time with London Appliances. I ordered a fridge freezer in January 2024. It was delivered damaged - both doors scratched and dented. I called and after 3 months they finally arranged for a Hoover engineer to visit. The engineer came and said that the damage was such the appliance needed replacing. A number was issued by Hoover to arrange this. London Appliances have refused to honour this and after months and months of chasing them I have got absolutely no where. So a year later I have a fridge freezer that is a stand alone and remains badly damaged and condemned by Hoover. London Appliances are the most unethical and dreadful company I have ever dealt with

From the sales team to the delivery team, everything was perfect. Stress free and would certainly use your company again.

My Washing Machine was delivered the next day and installed quickly and easily by the delivery driver.

Altogether a good experience

I had next day delivery and they were only 15 mins. late. Two pleasant guys delivered. Communication was good so I always knew what was happening.

I paid for delivery and removal of packaging. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise till later that the contractors had simply left the packaging outside next to the bins.
So I feel ripped off.

There were so many things that made this purchase great>
1) The website was easy to navigate and very helpful in its content. The steer on delivery times was very helpful as was the comprehensive information provided about products. Completing the purchase was very straightforward as well.
2) I was incredibly impressed that an accounts handler followed up because the system did not have a booking slot for me. What fantastic customer service that was (thank you Aadil). I felt really listened to and my need for prompt delivery was understood and facilitated. I am incredibly grateful for that call.
3) The installation was great as well. I was called in advance. The installers arrived within the time slot. The installation was done swiftly, professionally, but in a genuinely friendly manner, and with all queries answered.
Altogether a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to order and install through London Appliances again.

Ordered a new washing machine, pricing was very competitive and free next day delivery. I was kept up to date on delivery times, selected to have the new washing machine installed and old unit recycled, all done within 15 mins. Great service !!

I had to change the delivery day and time as the original delivery day I chose , I was given an inconvenient time slot.
It was easy to change and I got the delivery 2 days later at a chosen convenient time.
The delivery men installed my new fridge quickly, cleared up all the mess and took my old fridge away.
Great service.

I ordered a Bosch Washing machine at 5pm on Wednesday and it was plumbed in by 11am the following day.

A great experience and will order from them again.

We've been using London Appliances for about 10 years, and they have always been extremely professional. Their products have been in good condition, and we haven't had any problems. On this particular occasion, the fridge that we bought turned out to be too large for easy entry into our flat, and they were amazing in terms of finding a way to get it in with no damage to either the flat or the fridge. So I can't recommend them highly enough.
