I am a vendor that was hired by them to manufacture signage for their clients on a super rush turnaround. They were very satisfied with the service and the product. They subsequently ignored several requests for over a year to pay their invoices and we still have not been paid to this day. We are out several thousand dollars. Don't recommend working for them if you expect to get paid.

The team they sent for photography was late and unapologetic about it. They were also quite rude and seemed to rush everything. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Excellent work. Delivered excellent branding, packaging and marketing plan. We are seeing amazing growth.

Cons:
Lombardo was one of the worst places I've worked at. The environment is toxic, the owners use profanity and bully employees on a daily basis. I felt like I was walking on eggshells the whole time. You will not be seen as an asset, just a set of hands and you will work overtime just to weed through the tangled web of communication that could have easily been solved by having some respect from your employees
Pros:
Honestly can't think of one positive thing. If you like to be abused daily and work by your boss, then this is a great place to work.
