WE GOT TRICKS NO TREATS!

As many other reviews are saying do not order. I placed an order on October 14th and it should have been delivered by the 23rd. It still says processing. I’ve now sent an email and reached out on their website with zero response and it’s been over the 48 hours. They blocked comments on their instagram so they don’t get people ruining their sales there. TOTAL SCAM

This is not a place to order from. Your order will never arrive and they will not keep in contact if you looking to get a refund or trying to check on your order status. This deserves zero stars

I ordered a halloween costume for my daughter. They charged me twice and we never received it. They would not respond to multiple attempts at communication. Not a real company.

Ordered a costume on 10/14. With no update by 10/21 I sent an email to cancel, knowing my order wasn’t going to be making it in time. I hadn’t heard back in 48 hours so I sent an urgent email per their instructions. It’s now been 5 business days since my initial support email and 3 business days since the urgent email and I have received no response. All their photos are AI anyway so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I think the whole website is a scam.

Never shipped my order. Took my money and still “processing” wont respond to emails or anything. NEVER USE THEM

Order placed on 10/16 for Halloween. Paid for express shipping and it was to arrive on 10/24. It is 10/27 and I have had no response from Customer Service and the phone number is off/goes straight to voicemail. Total rip off.

Lolli and Lace is a scam. Ordered a costume that said it would ship in 5-7 business days. Once the order was place then it said processing was 5-7 business days for processing then 5-7 business days for shipping. Even then that was not true, all timelines were missed. There is no phone number to contact anyone, only email. Then in email you do not get a response it is an automated response. Still no costume and money gone, I am now working with my financial institution to dispute the charge.

Scam company did not receive order

If I could say it was a zero Stars I would. I ordered this they said it would be here by October 24th it still says processing and I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting them they don't have a phone number and the phone number that I did find go straight to voicemail. Do not buy from these people I'm trying to cancel the order cuz I did get charged for this costume

Given my background in digital forensics and OSINT, I researched the company further and discovered numerous publicly available complaints and YouTube videos from customers reporting similar experiences, including unfulfilled orders and unanswered inquiries.
I've documented my experience, preserved relevant reviews, and identified additional publicly available contact channels. I've also attempted to contact individuals associated with the business to raise these concerns.
While I cannot independently verify every customer's allegations or determine the company's intentions, the pattern of reported complaints is concerning.
I strongly encourage prospective customers to research recent reviews before purchasing. I will update this review if my order issue is resolved or the company provides a response.

I have asked to Return the dress because my 5 year old couldn't even fit her head thru to try on the dress. The dress also didn't looked as shown on thr picture. Contacted customer service on October 14th and it's October 26th. Multiple email i have send and no response. Do not order from this website its a scam.

I placed an order on 10/5 for my daughter's Halloween costume. It has been 3 weeks and it is still just 'Processing'. Total scam. The costumes look cute online, but apparently might just never show up. I felt comfortable in my purchase because it said the company was based in California. Clearly, that was a lie and they are a Chinese company. I reached out to them twice over email and received no response. I will be requesting a charge back through my credit card company.

I order my daughters' costumes and paid $100 in early October and have received zero shipping updates or responses to my 3 customer service inquiries. Their website states that Halloween costume returns have to be received by mid-October so now I am going to be out all that money with no costumes to show for it. My daughters are SO disappointed and now I am scrambling to find something else last minute.

I placed my first order with Lolli & Lace on October 14, with an advertised shipping timeframe of 5–7 business days. After seven business days passed without receiving a shipping confirmation, I became concerned that my daughter’s costume wouldn’t arrive in time for an upcoming Halloween event.

To be safe, I placed a second order on October 23, this time selecting the express shipping option, which explicitly stated “Arrives by October 26.” Today is October 26, and I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation for either order, let alone the costumes themselves.

I’ve also reached out to customer service multiple times without a response. To be fair, my first email was sent Friday, October 23, and I followed up again this morning, so I recognize they haven’t had much time to respond, particularly over the weekend.

What concerns me most is that the company continues to advertise specific shipping and delivery timelines that it apparently cannot meet. I placed a second order with express shipping specifically because I was relying on the promised October 26 delivery date.

At this point, I have two outstanding orders, no shipping confirmations, no communication from the company, and an event tomorrow that I ordered these costumes for.

I understand that shipping delays happen, especially around Halloween, but customers should be able to trust the delivery dates advertised at checkout. If a company cannot fulfill orders within those timeframes, it should not continue promising them.

Fully scammed it seems. Ordered weeks ago (they claim 5-7 days shipping), zero response from customer service.

I placed an order for my daughter's halloween costume on October 5 and today, October 26, it still has not been processed. They say processing takes 5 business days. They answered my multiple messages ONCE saying that my order is still processing, and then never again. Obviously a 5 year old will have their little heart set on something in particular, so to be scrambling at the last minute is stressful. I won't be trusting Lolli and Lace again.

I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on 10/9. The website looked a little concerning due to all the ai imagery but they seemed to have good reviews on thier site (looking back they are most likely fake)
and I couldn’t find bad reviews after a google search, so I figured I would take the chance.

Then the processing window time goes by and no shipping and I decided to email. And from there it it just gets worst. I emailed a few times, I got a couple auto replies nothing and no tracking.

I decided to look a little deeper into the company and the Website has only been up 6 months. Thier instagram looks like it has a lot of history but it just spammed thier account with posts in a short period of time. Everything is Ai and now, when I googled trust pilot had 10 reviews all the same as mine.

And today there are 24 reviews, so I sure many more people are also going through this.

I feel like I should have known better, this is obviously a scam site. If they send anything it will be terrible and late.

I never received my daughters costume. I’m scrambling to get a replacement in time. Bummmer.

Don’t order for this place. And for future me if there is no history of a store good or bad, it’s probably not real. It a scam site trying to get a buck.

It’s a sin that you have to be so diligent when just buying a costume for Halloween. Especially, when someone like myself who wants to shop small. But it’s harder to vet small shops on the web then to get what you need from Amazon or target -etc. and that really is terrible. I will continue to shop small businesses when I can but it means I’ll have to be smarter.

Website promised a delivery date of Oct 25th. Placed the order 5 days ago, hasn’t even been shipped. They clearly post dates to get your order and money with zero intention of fulfilling orders on time.

I placed an order two weeks ago for a Halloween costume. It gave me an order number and still says that it hasn’t shipped. No customer service available no one to give a refund. My child is very upset. And looks like I’m out of pocket with no option for refund. wish I read the review reviews before ordering.
