The ultimate sweet and zingy pairing. A light lemon sponge with a creamy lemon mascarpone and raspberry compote. Topped with candied lemon peel and fresh raspberries for a stunning finish.

Great tasting cake. I ordered this for a team celebration. The team loved it! My go to cake would normally be chocolate but this one has replaced it. It tasted fresh, and just yummy. Will definitely be ordering this one again.

The taste was lovely - everyone in the family loved it. It was very moist even when we consumed it a couple of days after purchase. I would definitely recommend this cake. It looked just as per the pictures online.

The cake was absolutely delicious! The height and texture were perfect, and the flavor was amazing. All of our guests kept asking where we got it from. I also really appreciated that the box kept the cake cool, even though it stayed in the car for quite a while.
