Beautifully coloured leads
Great colours make a more attractive environment than industrial yellow or white / black standard leads. Fast delivery and lovely packaging inside the plain box.

Crystal flutes...one arrived damaged
2 Crystal champagne flutes purchased, one arrived damaged followed returns info on website... I.e emailed company.... after a short delay I was contacted and offered a full refund and glasses would be picked up or to keep the glasses and 60% refund.... I am very satisfied with this response
