Overall, the order experience was okay. I was able to easily add additional items to my order. The problem is the color sheet for my logo. While it looked correct digitally, and the proofs look correct digitally, when I received all the product, the logo was way too yellow. I'm currently working with a logosportswear customer service representative to see what we can do about getting this resolved.

The team at LogoSportswear should be commended.

They redid my entire order with the new color that was required.

No hassle, no stress, they just redid the entire order.

And my customer service rep, Debra was just fantastic.

Ordered a custom hoodie in advance for christmas and paid for it to be there on time. They let me know the day it was supposed to arrive that they did not have it in stock. I am unsure why they waited weeks to let me know.

I sent them my artwork, they made a template, I asked for a tweak, I got what I ordered. As I intend to order more items with the same logo, the setup fee seems reasonable. Easy.

I have ordered from Logo Sportswear on several occasions. I love the quality of the clothing. Customer service is great! I appreciate staff taking the time to review orders before processing in case there needs to be changes that affect the integrity of the item.

My experience has been super negative. The company does not care about the customer. They got my Utah address wrong (Utah addresses are line graph points, 316 N 34 W) . Even my surname was wrong . Totally different. They blame me for the mess but I have worked with e-shopping for decades. I ordered my hat at the beginning of July but FedEx took its time . Then I found out, from FedEx, that the address was wrong. FedEx couldn’t change the address and so They sent it back to Connecticut! The problem is that I live in Europe and now I have to pay 53 bucks for shipment to Europe even though though I already paid for shipping to Utah. They sent me a link to pay for the shipping, which is their fault , but the link is a 403 Forbidden Error

I order everything for our company here. Great products, great quality, great pricing.

I do not recommend trusting this company with your promo products. I ordered through them because they offered two-color printing on a product I wanted to buy. It was a lot more expensive than a competitor. But I wanted 2-color print. They emailed me way after I had any other option and told me they can only do 1-color print.

I explained why this was such a bummer and asked if they could price match. The team didn't acknowledge why this was so frustrating and wrote me off pretty much.

Really bad experience and I won't ever order from them again.

Purchased 30 shirts for a surprise party. Not a rush. Shirts are printed horribly. Letters were not clear, misaligned, dull and not at all worth the price. Go elseqhere

I ordered 2 “Heavy blend” sweatshirts and I got 2 sweatshirt with very thin and poor material. I am not satisfied and very disappointed. They offered me a 15% discount but I will never use it because I don’t want to waste other money.

Working with this company was super easy and their website was easy to upload the image for the hoodies I wanted made. The quality of the shirts were amazing. The prints was perfect and I loved how fast I got my order. This company is 10/10 highly recommended

We worked with a Rep for our bulk order for our league's uniforms/parent support shirts. She ensured that I was picking the correct design and product for the needs of our order. We had additional orders and she was very prompt to complete these for us. We have used this company for orders before. Everyone notices the quality of our products. I would definitely recommend using this for your sports team needs.

Website is very easy to navigate, with a wide variety of caps and logos. Unlike most of their competitors, they offer one-off customized caps. The pictorial representation of my custom created design does not do justice to the quality of the product I received. The product was shipped and arrived sooner than was expected. I plan on being a repeat customer as soon as I come up with a new concept.

This was my first experience with LogoSportswear. Our running team ordered personalized visors from them and we were quite pleased with the finished product. One of the visors had a small glitch in the lettering and they sent us a free replacement as soon as we told them. Customer service doesn't get much better than that!
