Avoid at all costs!
As a consumer who rarely writes reviews, it takes something quite significant to lead me to contribute to this site. Unfortunately, this company has proved to be unsatisfactory in many ways. Logos Unlimited have provided the uniform for our son's primary school since it was first introduced two years ago - and in that time we have had three pairs of trousers whose stitching has come out within a few months. Initially the company refused to accept any responsibility, but eventually they repaired the trousers for us as a "goodwill gesture" - while still insisting that it was our fault. According to the manager, nobody else has ever complained: our experience in the school playground tells a very different story, with the majority of parents already choosing to shop elsewhere. This came to a head today when the manager refused to post out the latest pair of (repaired) trousers to us, as it is "not their policy"; and in the process accused us of lying, suggesting that as we did not have a receipt we might not have bought the trousers from them in the first place. This particular pair of trousers has been with the company for two weeks - in which time we have had to buy another pair from a different source - and the best the manager could offer was to deliver them to the school two more weeks from now. All this to save them a few pounds in postage, when it would otherwise be a 40-minute round trip for us to collect them. The manager was rude, aggressive, and accusatory - and yet stated repeatedly "we pride ourselves on our customer service". We will no longer be buying shirts, trousers etc., from this supplier, but unfortunately we have no choice with the school ties and jumpers. Appalling service from a small company that really should look after its customers better.
