SCAMMERS. they NEVER stop calling once they have your number! I get calls every single day, multiple times and have told them to stop calling yet they continue. I am keeping a record and according to the lay, I am entitled to receive $1000 for every call! STOP calling

AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS. They are not legit. They change “parent companies” and addresses frequently. They tell you that you have you paid for a period of time and then take your site down and say you need to pay. They won’t send contracts or invoices. They are just kids in a room somewhere making money off of naive people.

SCAM!!! BE AWARE! After paying to have my logo created by them which was subpar, they insisted that I pay them an additional $559 in order to have the logo copyrighted and for them to send me the files that I had already paid for. They told me this process would take a couple of weeks. It has now been 3 months and they have taken down my project portal, ignored my numerous emails, phone calls and chat messages. Alex McCallister is useless as is everyone else at this company. They are quick to answer you when they believe they can get money out of you but once that has happened, you’re just screwed. Last week, I went on the website and acted like I was interested in having a logo designed and immediately got someone through chat. When I told him that I wanted to know the status of my copyright and the money that they took from me, he said he would have Alex call me. I told him they had 24 hours to get this resolved. Guess what? It’s been days and I have gotten nothing from them. Time for further action! My attorney will have a field day with these clowns.

This is the absolute worst company you can imagine, and then worse. I am not even sure how they are allowed to run this business legally and how they have not gotten in trouble before. We wanted a basic e-commerce store for our products. The package cost was $600 with "everything included". After we made the initial payment there were invoices coming in every week for additional charges and no work done. No one is ever reachable in their office and they clearly scam people. All I can say is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! My guess is that they operate from some call center and scam people into giving up their credit card information. Highly aggravated about this experience and a good learning experience for myself. If this review can prevent 1 Person from doing business with them it was worth writing it!

I paid for my logo 2 months ago and I am chasing Mark every day to send me finalized logo there has been DJ many times he doesn’t respond or replies after 2 days and then when he replies he sends the same logo back with no amendments absolute so frustrating and despicable service it’s not logo in 30 minutes it’s actually logo in 30 days and still I have not received my final logo and it’s been a record breaking 8 days since he has replied since my last request to send my final logo. Mark’s response was for the delay that they have new logos they are working on, so basically once you pay in full you are screwed, because they just ignore you. Be Very careful !!! I’m still suggesting they have put my business back 2 months from launch because of this headache and ridiculous service ……sooooooo frustrated

Do not use this company. I paid over $1500.00 . they do thing there way. Never what you ask them to do.

Appalling service - never delivered what they promised even after 8 months. Would not return phone calls or emails. Constantly late for zoom calls even when they did attend - would usually just NOT show up!

SCAM, I specifically asked if I will get a logo and be able to keep the logo they said yes. I would own the logo and all rights. However after I picked a logo that changed and they wanted an additional $330+. Will be calling bank to void payment. Fraud

Did some business with these guys. Ran into a few small issues but got it resolved, and I am happy with the logo they delivered. With that said, I WOULD NOT do business with them again. They contact me almost weekly trying to sell me addition products. I have made multiple requests for them to stop contacting me without any luck. Unless you love spam calls, texts, and emails, stay away.

SINCE I USED THEM IT HAS BEEN FEES UPON FEES WITH NO REAL SERVICE! THE WEBSITE IS NOT EVEN UPDATED ANNUALLY

We worked with the project manager, who agreed to a logo design based on a photo we provided with 100% exclusive ownership rights along with logo in jpg. format for a specific agreed price. However, once we were told the logo was made, they advised we had to pay more for other services, namely trademark, and we would not be able to be shown the logo until these fees were paid. After lengthy discussion, it was decided that we would request a refund, however we were told that the design work (which we had not even been provided a copy yet to review and were told a copy could not be provided without the payment of additional fees) was already done and a refund would not be addressed. When we brought up the fact the site advises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, we were told the project manager would have to call us back. After hanging up, all of a sudden we got an email with a poor copy of the logo, and it was heavily modified from what we wanted and from the photograph we sent across. Still arguing with them, but extremely frustrating and likely going to need to get the credit card involved to get our money back.

Also, if you talk to Chris Jordan, be aware that he is extremely rude, will hang up on you and then call you right back and ignore everything you say to respond with a simple "nope".

In addition to my previous post - a few more things everyone should know.... They are not registered as a legitimate business in the State of New York (Don't worry, I have reported to the Commission), some of their phone numbers are from India, they are not registered with the BBB and are flagged as scammers by banks. Also, all these positive reviews you are seeing, many of them are written by THEM not actually customers. And that has also been reported.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Bernard on 2 occasions; For a logo and to update my bio. Michael is very professional and takes the time to make sure I receive exactly what I want.

Beware! They do business under "parent companies" such as "Design Flit" and "Logo in 30 Minutes" and “Design Solutions”and "Smart Start Up Solutions" What started as me wanting a simple logo for my LAW firm ended up in thousands of dollars spent. After having them create a logo for me for $149, (which I could have and should have had done locally), they told me that in order to release the logo, I had to pay $410 to have it copyrighted. Now mind you, my logo has MY NAME on it so I did not need it copyrighted nor did I want it copyrighted. But nonetheless, I paid the $410 against my better judgement. Prior to hitting me with the copyright fee, I had agreed to allow them to create a website for me. They told me they could beat the local web designers prices and provide me with everything that he could for much less. I read off to him what the local provider included in their price which was: website creation, hosting, SEO, indexing, and domain management, to name a few. The cost was going to be $699 and 3 months SEO included due to the "copyright issue." Then, after I paid that, guess what? ANOTHER SURPRISE! The price they quoted me did not include hosting - although JOHN FREEMAN (who I have been dealing with) told me that everything the local provider was offering, he was providing for $699. He told me that godaddy, bluehost, etc. were far more expensive than their company and that my website had "different requirements" and the "developer we will need a dedicated hosting server. Dedicated Dedicated. The dedicated hosting is an Internet hosting option in which a physical server (or servers) is dedicated to a single business customer. The customer has complete control over the machine, so they can optimize it for their unique requirements, including performance and security." He included screenshots of comparative hosting companies and said he could beat their price. After some extensive negotiating and arguments, I reluctantly paid $1140 for them to host my account. THEN - I had to provide my Google Business Workplace login information so they could "transfer the domain" to their hosting site. I was promised repeatedly that there would be NO MORE SURPRISES. After weeks and hours and hours of going back and forth about the very simple website layout, it was finally uploaded and live. Then I get this email: "I am emailing you in regards about the Domain Registration. It's been notified by developers that you're domain is not indexed on google listing. We did make your site appear on google but after doing this activity we got the notification from Google that complete the registration process or website and emails will be suspended.In most of the circumstances where we purchase a domain for any customer we complete the registration process at the same time, In your case you have purchased it by your self way back in 2020." But guess what - for $699 I could pay them to register MY DOMAIN THAT I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT AND OWN. I contacted Google and they stated that I would have to transfer the domain back to google by getting the credentials from the administrator of my account. I contacted JOHN FREEMAN again and told him that I wanted my account transferred back to Google. He told me it would be $2000 to do that. TO GET CONTROL OF NY DOMAIN BACK!!! In the meantime, my law office email has been completely shut down! I have spent the entire day trying to get this resolved - which means lots of money lost by me. Finally, JOHN FREEMAN agrees to charge $499 for one year of registration, indexing and crawling for $499. I agree to pay simply because of the urgency in getting my emails back and then guess what? My card is declined. Why is it declined? Well - my bank tells me it is flagged by the fraud department because there is a problem with the merchant ID and that the merchant names from the previous transactions are not matching. I WENT SEVERAL DAYS WITHOUT EMAIL AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME CONTROL OF THE DOMAIN THAT I BOUGHT BEFORE I AGREED TO ALLOW THEM TO CREATE MY WEBSITE.

UPDATE : In May 2021, I was promised that if I removed all my reviews, they would give me control of my domain. (See attached screenshot.) Today, Mark Eden, “Senior Accounts manager” is telling me that I have to PAY to get control of my domain and end my service with them!

This is the worse company I’ve ever had anything to do with. “Run away”. Everything is hidden and they border line harass their customers. SCAM…

This company is a scam. I had many logos and websites paid for. The logos were fine but the websites where done the way the company wanted instead of what I asked me. When I asked for a refund they declined. Even though the site says “100 percent satisfaction and also says 100 percent money back.” The company is a complete scam. Mark and Shawn. They were very eager for me to pay as well.

Try someone else!
The quality and timing on receiving the best logo I needed was very good. The actual process of paying for the service has been the MOST AWFUL experience I have had. I first paid $54 for the initial service, then 3 days later $340 for the copyright legal service. Here I clearly asked the team to please tell me the whole things I need to be aware of payments. They said this was it. Well, 1.5 months later I got another called that the Legal team cleared the ownership but needed to pay another $385 additional. And this will be every 2-5 years... up to me.
I was furious and neither the project manager, customer service or legal department rep owned that they WERE not transparent and honest up front with their business. This started back in September 2021, now after 5 months I still have not received legal documents that cost me this much.

Try someone else! Sure.
