Jag beställde en fingeravtrycksläsare…HID 5300

Jag beställde en fingeravtrycksläsare till min dator men den fungerar inte.Kan omöjligen hitta drivrutiner till den. Har upprepade gånger bett om hjälp om detta av dem men inget svar. Till saken hör att denna läsare leverans slängd i botten i en kartong med lite plastpåsar på toppen alltså inte i en plastförpackning som det brukar vara när man beställer något som har med elektronik

I placed an order in December of 2024 and I have not received my order even though I was told at checkout that the shipping time would be from 2-4 business days. I have tried calling repeatedly and no one has picked up the phone. I have also emailed multiple times and I have not heard anything back yet.

PROBLEME DE COMMUNICATION

Je ne suis pas en mesure de rejoindre personne à travers le numero au canada (438-230-1449). Est ce que le numero fonctionne ? est ce qu'une personne peut contacter par courriel ? parce que jpersonne ne reponds. J'ai passé ma comande depuis quelques jours et je n'ai pas de numero de shipping , rien qui m'indique que la commande va arriver a temps ou pas.

PM43 Cleaning Cards

I ordered two packs of cleaning cards to clean some PM43 label printers and paid for 2 day shipping. After 4 business days, I finally inquired as to where my products were and was told they were not in stock. The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough and did get back to me when One (1) of the packs was shipped. However, I still have not received the 2nd pack

I eventually got the product I ordered-…

I eventually got the product I ordered- but it took over a month. The time wasn’t the issue, there was no communication until I got frustrated and complained. This score would be much improved if the seller would simply communicate if there was a backorder. Then it was made worse when they obviously lied about it. I called in and was told “we have one for another customer that doesn’t need it fast so we will ship that one to you,” which did not happen. It’s human error and mistakes can happen but I hope they improve.

Dealing with you was one of the worst…

Dealing with you was one of the worst purchasing experiences we have had to do. We would not get emails back, no one would ever answer the phone. We wouldn't be able to get hold of anyone for weeks. Simply contacting you and trying to get an answer back was the worst and most difficult part. Even when we were able to get hold of Ivan, he then was waiting for weeks for a response from a colleague. We would then start the process of getting hold of Ivan all over again.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service. After 3 weeks without receiving the item I ordered, Ivan worked with me after FedEx returned the item to Logiscenter. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

This company sells the products not in stock

ordered 4X Alien cables (ALX-420-0) and seller named Ivan promised me all products in stock, after that they have shipped only one cable and no info about other 3x cables
They sell the products not in stock, slow reply to emails

Nicelabel software.

When the order first went in, there was an issue in that it was marked as a physical delivery instead of a electronic delivery. Once I spoke with a customer service rep the issue was taken care of and I got the product at the lowest price that I could find. The software works great and no issues.
