I spoke with maybe 10 companies to get quotes for an International move from Washington DC to Dublin, Ireland and ended up choosing Logicstics because of their knowledge about the process, their communication, their estimate, and the positive reviews online. No regrets! The move went smoothly. It's nerve-racking - all your treasured stuff on a container - across the ocean... but everything made it! Very fast overall process with departure on June 12 from DC and arrival to the new place in Dublin on July 26.

There was a snafu on delivery. The delivery partner here in Dublin did not assemble a fair bit of furniture even though I was told by Logicstics that they would. Delivery happened at 9:30am so it was too early to call Logicstics to sort out the issue. But Logicstics did help navigate ways to make this up with the delivery partner through reduced storage charges. (I had to store some items as the new rental is a bit small).

I recommend getting all parties aligned before delivery and not just assume that everyone is on the same page. It's exhausting but important.

I would absolutely hire Logicstics again.

From my initial request for quotation throughout the entire process, Edward and his team was on top of everything. The move went extremely well, especially since it was an international long-distance move. I would highly recommend them. Edward even called me while he was on vacation! I could not have asked for anything more.

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the Logicstics team for organizing my LCL shipment (21 boxes) from Brookline, MA (USA) to Joinville-le-Pont (France), with special appreciation for Edward James. Edward and his team were consistently present, professional, and fully engaged at every stage of the process.
Despite contacting Edward very late, in mid-July 2024 (with my return flight to France scheduled for July 31st), Logicstics managed to organize the entire shipment in under five days! For someone unfamiliar with shipping services, navigating taxes and understanding all the involved stakeholders can be incredibly complex and stressful. From the outset, Edward was transparent and thorough, patiently addressing all of my numerous questions. The value for money was outstanding.
I would particularly like to highlight that Edward remained attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. In the early stages, Luiz Suarez was also efficient in gathering various cost estimates, including insurance. On the day of the shipment (July 19th), I was contacted by Dorine Fradin, the Import Coordinator at AGS France, who handled customs clearance, ensuring I avoided additional taxes. She was my point of contact in France throughout the move. Additionally, thanks to her team's flexibility, I was able to modify the delivery address slightly (by a few kilometers), which I greatly appreciated.
I received my shipment on September 6th, and a few days after the delivery, Sandy Sidlauskas reached out to ensure all my needs had been met.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Logicstics for managing your shipment.

I was a bit apprehensive with regards to hiring a mover. I have heard horror stories and have watched my fair share of tik toks, however this was a must. My move wasn't an across country move, no no. It was an across the world move. So obviously couldn't call the gang and have them help me out. For this move I needed the big guys to help me out. I chose Logicstics not because they had the most reviews but because they knew their business. It didn't feel like I was being sold a dream and sent up stream. They pretty much held my hand and did everything they said they would. I've only moved a couple of times and that was in and outta my dorms and eventually apartment. Now I was literally going internationally and wanted the extra guidance/help. Thankfully Logicstics offered exactly what I needed. I made sure to donate a lot of my older items I didn't want to bring and of course had to bum some space in my parents basement for things I wasn't quite ready to get rid of yet. This made my move relatively cheaper and more efficient. I'm not sure if I will stay here permanently and in the event I don't, Logicstics will be the first I call to take me on my next adventure. For now I am settling in quite well and adjusting to the 14 hour time difference....

I couldn't imagine having hired anyone else for my move. I was inundated with calls and emails begging for me to get a quote and I spoke with so many companies (who really thought that many moving companies actually existed because I sure didn't!) My husband was even getting super tired of it all and he has the patience of a Saint, afterall he does have to deal with me! But we were over it really. So I did a lot of back and forth with a couple companies we thought best and wound up going with Logicstics. I just felt they presented better and really seemed to care and know their business. My husband and I retired from our store after many many years so it was time for us to retire to Costa Rica. Logicstics made it happen for us. I promised to sell off a ton of things and try to make our move much less than we were dealing with so we had a couple quotes both with and without the things. Edward really took his time to explain it all and work with us. Very fortunate. We've had quite a bit of collectibles accumulate over the years much of this DID have to travel with us as we didnt have the heart to part. They were very thorough in explaining insurance and what we needed. Things arrived perfectly. I mean much better than I had thought but the movers did wonderfully in packing our belongings. Very great job on behalf of all we encountered.

I wish there was a way to give a 6th star. Truly awesome company. Excellent service with my move to Japan. Edward was very knowledgeable and could explain the complicated transportation process in a manner that a novice could understand. He was a miracle worker when one was needed most. He went out of his way to assist. Awesome service, I highly recommend it!

Neal Elbaum from Logicstics was very helpful in arranging my overseas move. I found him very professional and he knows what he is doing. He leveled with me and guided me through the many steps of the process which would have been very confusing to me had he not been there. In short, I would strongly recommend Neal elbaum and Logistics for overseas moving.
