A huge thank you to Steven from the cork showroom, he went above and beyond for us, nothing was a bother to him, great communication the whole way through and he was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was seamless! Great guy!
Also a huge thank you to Eli who was always so quick to answer my emails, kind and courteous, and was such a help to organise a date for the build so quickly!

Finally the two lads that built our cabin Zdenek and Lukas, what fantastic workers! They were such nice guys and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their attention to detail and patience was second to none! Extremely happy with them and the over all experience we have had. Thank you to everyone at log house! 100% recommend!!!

Brilliant service from Steven in Cork, and Aivaras and his team. The guys did a brilliant job, they worked really hard to complete the build on time. We were initially told the wait would be 10-12 weeks, however our house was delivered in 6 weeks, we were thrilled and would absolutely recommend the loghouse.ie to everyone.

Have just placed an order for a 5 x 4 Kilkenny Log house and Steven at Loghouse.ie was brilliant. Very professional, friendly, helpful and speedy in replying to my endless questions which really helped me to make the right decision for our future games room. If only more companies operated as smoothly and efficiently as this!
Really looking forward to seeing the result in the summer.

I started the conversation with Loghouse in August of 2025, when I was researching companies for a 2 bed cabin - I went with Loghouse as I was able to use them from the ground works required to the final completed product. To say that the workmanship is exceptional is not giving it enough credit - Tomas & Minde, the cabin builders were professional, hard-working & so precise - i couldn't fault them or their work. Loghouse organised the plumber, the painter, the electrician so I didn't have to worry about finding people. Although there was a timing issue caused by bad weather, it was worth the delay to get such a top quality product.

What a fantastic company to do business with. Everything was brilliant from the outset all the way up to the final touches.

From the initial visit to the showroom to meeting the crew on site everything was laid out very clearly. The work from the crew on site was extremely efficient.

We are delighted with the end product and would 100% recommend LogHouse to any potential customers in the market. You won’t be disappointed 🤩

I am so happy with my purchase, the quality is even better than I expected. They were very professional, delivered everything exactly on time and with no parts missing. My cabin feels strong and sturdy, and you can tell it was built to last for a long time! Honestly is a relief to find a supplier you can actually trust to do a good job without any stress. We spent weeks looking at different cabin options and decided we would attend a few showrooms. After spending at least 2/3 weeks doing research and having probably 4 possibilities, all around the same price at a glance, we attended the log house showroom at kinsale road, cork.
The Newcastle 4m X 4m was our option there. It was advertised on line for approx €8,500 including delivery, insulation and installation.
The “sales man” on site, who didn’t even give his name when speaking to my wife and I, proceeds to inform us that their website was being updated and the cost of what was advertised at €8,500ish, was actually €13,150ish.
It was advertised at the €8,500 for at least a couple of weeks.
Then he tried to ring his manager, who didn’t answer and then he told us that the online price will not be honored.

We are absolutely delighted with our experience with loghouse.ie from start to finish. The installation has just been completed and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
From the outset, Steven, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and always available to answer questions. He guided us through the process clearly and professionally, which gave us great confidence in our decision.
The installation team, led by Marcus, were outstanding. They were highly professional, efficient, and clearly took great pride in their work. The attention to detail and overall standard of workmanship were excellent.
Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily recommend loghouse.ie to anyone considering a log house installation.

We went for a hybrid cabin and are delighted with the finished product.

Popped into the Kinsealy showroom a few months back and finally had our garden room installed last week. The crew was top-notch—on-site by 8 am and worked through the rain to get it weather-tight.

The finish is much better than the cheaper cabins you see online; the windows and doors are proper heavy-duty quality. It’s already the warmest room in the house. A few minor delays with the delivery date, but the office kept me in the loop so I wasn't too bothered. Highly recommend if you want a solid job done.

Delighted with my cabin! the building team Aris ,martin and Costa From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Communication was clear at every stage, timelines were respected, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. I’m very happy with the final result and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled builders. My only critique would be to have had more communication before the build with maybe a meeting with 3D images of the build to make things a bit more clearcut.

Quick work good maners great work etics

We purchased a log cabin for my daughter in May 2025. Based on conversations and agreements as to the level of detailed instructions that would be provided, we proceeded with the purchase on the basis that we would self build the cabin as I work in the construction industry.
However, when the cabin was delivered, it was noted and and advised that there were no fixings. No nails or screws and certainly not the level of detailed instructions that was promised. The instructions detailed no insulated floor or roof drawing to build too.
Some of the wood was so twisted and warped we had to use crow bars to straighten and install them. There were several lengths that were split.
All of the issues were emailed as the self build progressed so Log House Factory were fully aware of the issues.
Over the course of several months requesting information on how to build cabin and the frustrating amount of additional monies we spent on fixings etc, we finally finished the cabin and Saulius from Log House factory agreed to pay the additional monies we had spent.
However, no monies have been paid as agreed in their email dated 8th November 2025 so this leaves me no choice but to pursue them legally and to write a negative review due to their own failings.
So, in essence not a good experience due to poor wood, no fixings, lack of instructions for roof and floor and do not do what they say. I would not recommend them based on my own personal dealings and would not purchase again.
