Lovely Experience
Delightful store and coffee shop, the day I visited they had a small electricity outage, the staff were amazing and very chatty while waiting for the electricity to return, I bought a beautiful dress that day :)
I definitely recommend Logans Fashions.

Very satisfied with response to my email
Well I am currently waiting on a returns form being issued to me to do an exchange of size. This will be the 3rd time of request. I did receive an email it would be sent over to my email on 16th December. That was the 2nd request. No email has arrived yet. If I don't receive the necessary exchange of size form by today . I will just return and get a refund.

Friendly and very helpfull
Friendly, helpful staff In the cafe, and throughout all the other departments. The premises were spotless. My husband and I had lunch. I bought a beautiful sweater, a staff member picked out a pair of trousers (not in the sale) to try on that would set off the sweater and give me an idea how it might look as I was wearing a skirt. The full outfit looked amazing so I bought both.

What a helpful service i received from…
What a helpful service i received from Valerie at Logan s fashion she helped me with my return and exchange from start to finish.
Also thanks to Gareth for his reassurance on the telephone.
Excellent customer service.
Further to above review I have needed to return the same coat for refund as it still was too big, however on this occasion I have been fobbed off with promises of returns labels being e mailed etc .
I have asked on a daily basis as to when I can expect this , to be told by both Gareth and Valerie that they are sorting it out but nothing has materialised.
So not such wonderful customer service after all.

I ordered a My Soul scarf off the…
I ordered a My Soul scarf off the website . When it arrived it was not the pattern shown online in the picture which was the one I needed .The one that arrived was not even on the website so I presume someone attached an incorrect picture in the beginning when uploading . I emailed them saying I had received the wrong pattern. I was delighted as they replied immediately saying they would look into it and get back to me . They didn’t get back to me so I emailed again . Still nothing . Worst customer service . I spent a lot of money with one of their rivals this season and there could’ve been much more business for them from me but not now. As a business person myself, I couldn’t recommend buying anything from this company if this is their customer service . Beyond poor .
