Their Reddit Amplify service is less than great. They clearly use AI to churn out a ton of these comments to supposedly increase your brand's visibility. A lot of the comments end up deleted before we can even see them on the live page. They've accidentally charged us for duplicates. They often post all of the comments within a 3-5 business day window instead of spreading them out over the course of the month (which we've asked them to do several times, and they said they would), which looks incredibly unnatural.
That said, they've been good about crediting us back when we point out these issues.
