The quality of their work was excellent, their customer service faultless and ultimately their clever design maximised the added value to our property. Unlike many homes in our estate with loft conversions, we did not have to reducr or lose our small bedroom to make room for the stair case, meaning we gained an additional bedroom. Right from the outset, they stood out to me as a highly professional and slick operation compared to so many other building firms - and I spoke to a lot! The price was fixed for the job, there was no hidden costs or surprises later on. The specification was very clear so we knew exactly what we were paying for, giving us peace of mind. Additional costs were agreed upfront if we asked for extras like the bedside lamps fitted into the walls.

In the early stages of the build I raised a concern about the ceiling height and the supervisor responded immediately by speaking with the building inspector and agreeing alterations that gave us a couple more inches of head height. This turned out to be crucial as we could then get fitted wardrobes from Wren we wouldn't have been able to with the lower height.

Loft plan project managed the entire project from plans to building control, and organising all the trades. It was seemless. I had regular visits from the supervisor to check progress on the build, which was swift and in line with the timelines they estimated from the start. If there were ever any issues or snags these were dealt with very quickly and without quibble.

The workmen themselves were tidy, respectful and took pride in their work.

We have done major renovations before and I can confidently say that loft plan have been the best building firm we have worked with and I highly recommend them.

From start to finish the team at Loftplan was very professional, very approachable and supportive when we needed it. We recently (Oct 2025) realised that two of our Velux windows were not fully functional and contacted Loftplan asking for help. Our loft conversion was completed in August and we are really pleased with the finished result.
Loftplan have created us a really spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The design is fantastic and maximises the space.
All of the staff were very friendly, polite and no bother to be in our home.
Loftplan have a lot of experience and were able to quickly overcome a few issues we had as to not delay the project.
They were very amenable to any changes that we wanted along with way and happy for us to pay for extras that we realised we needed to make the space work best for us.
The price they quoted was the price throughout, nothing changed and there were no hidden extras.
Everything was promptly signed off by building control with no issues and we are very happy with our master suite.
We would certainly recommend loftplan to anyone thinking of having a conversion.

Amazing Loft Conversion completed by Loft-Plan.

Outstanding work competed by the whole of the Loft-Plan Team, we had a full Loft Conversion, Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and walk in Wardrobe all overseen and built by the Loft-Plan Team. Nic who first came round to talk to us about the project and suggest ideas of the plans. We would like to say a massive thankyou to the Scaffolders – Eddie, and then onto our structural team – Mike & Taylor, who became a big part of our family life for the next 6 weeks, how they worked through the Summer Heatwave I will never know, but they were Amazing. Then Dan and Jordan who completed the insulation and then Barry & Craig for all the Roof work, which finished the outside off and made it look amazing. Jake for our Electrics and then Alan for doing all our Plumbing and completing our Ensuite. We then had David install the Stairs and followed by the final 2nd fitter of Mark, who finished everything off to a high standard, nothing was ever to much for this whole Team who looked after us throughout. We were also lucky to have Bob our Project Manager throughout who kept everything running smoothly. All I can say is a really big thankyou, and I would do it all again with Loft-Plan. If you’re thinking of having your loft converted, look no further, as there are no hidden costs, you will be looked after from start to finish and they are the Team who are respectable to your Home and take away the pressure of such a big project. Thankyou to the whole Loft-Plan Team, we are actually going to miss you!

We are so pleased with our incredible new loft conversion, complete with walk in wardrobe, ensuite and brand new oak and glass stair case across all floors. Right from design and initiation of contract (Alan), through to completion under the oversight of Bob we have been so impressed and pleased with the service. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, right down to the final details, they leave nothing out and follow up on every detail. They are also a joy to work with and have around your house and trusted in your home.

We really do love our new space. Thanks to Grant and John who did the structure, Steve and Gregg who did second fix and Shaun who brought it all to fruition. Thanks also to all the other contractors (plumbers and electricians (Alan the plumber). They were all superb.

Loftplan were also excellent on pricing, no surprises, kept to quote and were transparent on any extras right the way through. The best bit for us is that with the new staircase and access, it looks like it was always meant to be there. So if you didn't know we only had two floors before you couldn't tell the difference it looks so good. We highly recommend Loft Plan.

We recently had our loft converted by Loftplan, who have converted other lofts in our local area. We couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, fast, and worked to a very high standard from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and any questions we had were quickly answered. Choosing Loftplan was an easy option for us when coming to extend our property. Out of all of the so called “loft specialists” Loftplan were the only ones who showed confidence in what we were trying to achieve. The build was equally satisfying, everyone from the scaffolders, the first fixers, electricians, plumber and final fixings were great. Not only were they very professional but also really great guys who were always happy to chat about the job and happy to change things so we got maximum value for our money. Bob the supervisor is also a great character and loves a chat and the back office staff were always happy to help if needed. We’re very happy with our extension and surprised how quickly the job has come and gone.

From the first Sales visit by Nic to the final walk around with our Project Manager Bob the whole team were professional, respectful, responsive and friendly. Craig and Richard on the structural work and Martin on the final finish kept us informed day to day and coordinated others on site. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Loftplan.

We recently had a loft conversion carried out and from the initial meetings, to the build, the team were great, worked really hard and were also very respectful with the surrounding area and our neighbours. They listened to what we wanted and any changes along the way. All the team from first fix, to second fix, plasterers, plumber, electrcians, carpenter they were all very nice and trustworthy. Absolutely love our new loft conversion, would highly recommend loft plan if your thinking of doing this to your home. From initial chats with Nic, to starting the work with the site supervisor Bob everyone involved has been both professional and quality driven. Our semi detached 2 bed bungalow has now been turned in to a 3 bed bungalow with a dormer en-suite and velux spare room. That is now big enough for our family that we won’t have to move from the area we love.

Loftplan were simply outstanding. The project took longer than the initial time quoted, however we were particularly impressed by the attention to detail to tailor the design elements to suit our existing features, work with the space best and build in our wishes to the plan. The new stairs look like they were always there. The teams worked over my pregnancy, birth and new born months (as well as our 3YR old present) and whilst I won’t miss the building works, everyone was genuinely a pleasure to have round. Warren who oversaw our project was excellent, we felt in safe hands, he always listened to feedback, ensuring the project was smooth. Mike, Matt, Andy, Craig, Alan, Jake, Martin were always communicative and considerate. Our double bedroom and en-suite is nearly decorated and we can’t wait to use the space, it’s made our house a forever home. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

Loft-Plan was initially referred to me by a friend who had contracted them to complete his own loft conversion. After seeing the brilliant result my friend had with them, I decided to contact Loft-Plan and ask for my own loft to be converted.

I am pleased to say I am very impressed with the result. Loft-Plan has been very professional throughout the process. They have made the experience feel entirely seamless, with all the different trades working in concert to produce the final result without friction.

Whenever I have had questions or requests for changes, the building manager Bob has been ever-present to answer questions and negotiate anything required.

Quite often, dealing with the construction trade can be a daunting experience for the general public, as construction can be a complex affair with many different characters to deal with. I am pleased to say Loft-Plan offers the perfect antidote to this stereotype by being honest, hard-working, approachable, and upfront about all the costs and timelines.

The most refreshing part of the experience is that Loft-Plan doesn't do "hard sales." They are very confident in the quality of what they can offer, and the results sell themselves. So, the sales experience and upsell opportunities were all very pleasant, and Bob, especially, was a gentleman to deal with.

Can’t recommend loftplan enough, we quoted a number of builders for our project and choose loftplan due to their extensive experience, cost and timeline. We made the right decision, very professional and every contractor we worked with was amazing. We are very happy with our finished project, no hidden fees and finished to a high standard.

I wish we had more lofts to convert, we miss having the team around! From Bob the foreman to Mike on first fix to Sean on second fix, Jerry on plumbing and Jake on electrics – they are all professional, polite, honest & committed. Where they do use 3rd parties they are also trustworthy and perform to a very high standard – even the delivery drivers seemed to be briefed on the standards LoftPlan expect.

Their quality of work is to a very high standard. The whole operation is smooth and by the numbers. Working in Ops I know what a good operation looks like and sometimes it was like poetry watching everything happen in perfect sequence.

We live on a quiet road and noise travels, so it was with great relief that several of our neighbours complemented the LoftPlan team for their “good behaviour” whilst on site 😊 One of our neighbours told us about the nightmare they had with the builder not owning the design and how they incurred delays and costs when the stairs didn’t fit. It was with a certain amount of satisfaction that I pointed out that LoftPlan have a fixed-price end-to-end package and that they own & make everything they do from design and build to scaffolding and stairs so not only does everything fit together but when the odd hiccups did happen along the way Bob was ahead of it and kept us updated by telling us what they would do, then doing exactly what they said they would do.

In summary – we would highly recommend LoftPlan and their team of fantastic professionals to anyone looking to undertake works to their property. Just be prepared to miss them when they’re done.

The process to the starting point of the job was well managed with the survey and planning.
