Very poor service
We booked our tickets and seats 2 months in advance. On boarding the train we realized that the carriage with our reserved seats was missing. Someone from the staff guided to board any other carriage and find some available places. The problem was there were only a couple of single non occupied places scattered along the others carriages. We decided this was unacceptable, got out at the next station, took a DB train back and drove to Berlin by car. We were mislead by their "reservation" system. If we knew that we cannot find 2 seats in the whole train for us to seat together, we wouldn't have bought the tickets in the first place. The refund system is a joke. We got a coupon for part of the return trip's value to use for other travels wih locomore. Never again.
