Thank you so much! Jonathan arrived to sort out my locks within 2 hours on a bank holiday weekend. He was clear on the job and price with no changes. He upgraded me to a better lock. He was a kind, honest gentleman. I really wish I had been in a better mood as he really is a decent guy. I could not have asked for or expected a better service. My husband was very impressed too,

Superb service
Superb service! Called on a Friday afternoon and within an hour, genuinely lovely fella turned up and completed the job efficiently. Explained everything he was doing and why it was needed.
Cannot argue on price either!
Clearly clued in with what he is doing and would 100% use again.
Keep up the good work mate! - even though you’re a red ;-)

Second time I've used Locksafe and same expert service again! Called them up because my front door handle was on the blink - they came out, sourced and fitted all in under an hour. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks again!

Got locked out on a Sunday afternoon during Corona Lockdown. The guy was here quick and managed to save the lock so we didnt need new keys. Ace.

Amazing service from Fort Locksmiths
Amazing service from Fort Locksmiths, arrived within minutes to the city centre, during the evening and Corona pandemic. Professional, fast and arrived wearing all the correct precautions for the virus. Lots of useful advice, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Wildly overpriced
Wildly overpriced. £74 for less than 10 minutes work. We were initially happy that the guy arrived quickly (he was driving nearby when we rang) to open an interior door where the latch had broken, but less than happy with the price which he seems to think is reasonable. Usually locksmiths charge by the half hour but he charges by the hour. Beware.
