Emergency Lock Out!
Called this company as I was locked out of my house. Attended within 20mins and gained entry without the need for a new lock and no damage to my door. Very professional, would highly recommend

My 97 year old Mum's carers key snapped.....
My mother's front door key snapped when her carers were trying to get in. Jonathan of Locksafe arrived within minutes to allow mum's carers to gain entry.

Great Service
Called Jonathan on a Sunday/New Year's eve as lock had broken.
He said he would be there within the hour which he was, and lock was changed and additional keys given.
Great service would definitely use again.

Waited 1hr and 25minutes for a pre booked appointment called them x6 times and sent messages progress chasing no phone call back very poor customer service.
Have received 2 very arrogant phone calls advising THEY are imposing a cancellation charge ‼️
I will be taking this matter further

Jonathan dropped everything an a Saturday night (when the football was on TV!) with 10 minutes notice and sorted out a problem with my elderly parent's lost key.
He's simply the Best and I'd 100% recommend him.

Jonathan came within 10 mins on a Sunday morning to open a bedroom door that had locked shut due to a faulty mechanism.
He opened the door and replaced the broken part for the same very competitive price , that had be quoted over phone ! No hidden extras .
I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Look no further for a locksmith! This is the best in the business. What was a very emotional morning due to a deadbolt lock being stuck preventing me from leaving on a sunny, bright bank holiday Jonathan was here in no time and solved the issue. Putting aside his own plans to come and save the day! Pleasant, knowledgeable and all round happy-help! Cannot thank Jonathan enough for his prompt and excellent customer service! Second to none!
