I had an urgent situation where I needed 2 mortice locks installed on my bedroom doors. I had failed appointments from 3 locksmiths, who couldn’t be bothered to turn up or answer my calls, so I was not hopeful. Raymond arrived on time and promptly set about changing the locks

The service was exceptional, and the pricing was more than fair considering the quality of work provided, and the fact that he had to comeback two days later to complete the job because the second lock was delivered late. Excellent value for money.

I phoned Raymond and explained the issue I had with my sliding doors. He arrived at my home 40 minutes after I had spoken to him on the phone. He's very polite and he explained what the problem was. He fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Locked out flat and needed lock replaced as there was a possibility the key had been stolen. Mark came out within 25 minutes of me calling and replaced within minutes. Very happy and reasonably priced compared to the £200 quote I recieved from several other services. I paid £75.
I was also given 5 new keys to go with the new lock, all included in the price!

After contacting Raymond we agreed time for the next day and he turned up promptly.
Upvc back door was jammed in locked position. This was no issue for Raymond and he established the problem and opened it in seconds.
A new gearbox was required and job done within the hour.

Arrived when he said he would. The door and lock needed adjusted slightly which he did. Good job reasonably priced.
