Nightmare experience! DS's locker has been broken 3 times since the start of the term, but there's no where to find Locker.Rentals phone number on the website, while their customer service didn't reply messages until several days later after each email is sent. They said they'll send an engineer to fix the locker and they still haven't sent after one week. They said they'll allocate another locker, but they allocated my daughter's locker to my son, so which locker should my daughter use instead? DS's school won't allow pupils to take their bags to lunch, so it's absolutely annoying when he has to carry all his bags around - he hasn't had lunch for a week and he didn't tell us until we found out from the wisepay account! Still waiting for the problem to be solved - an anxious mum (Updates: they got back to me after I wrote the above review, about 11 days since I contacted them via the message box, and offered another locker which worked, however I do wonder why this simple solution couldn't be provided as soon as I contacted them.)

Bad customer service. Have 3 daughters in the school , will not have a locker for any of them again in future years .

I was directed to this website when trying to book a locker for my child at school. It's a nice looking website and app but unfortunately...

1. In Chrome, after filling all the details and choosing the locker, the pay button would flash to "pending.." then quickly back to "Pay" and the transaction would not go through.
2. In their own app, the same thing would happen!
3. Their app is cunningly name (drum roll)....React App! Yes, that's right! It's named after the code library.

I eventually managed to book a locker in Edge but honestly, they should fix that bug. And also tell their apprentice developer to change the app's name (or display name) to something more appropriate.

Should be 2.5 stars, but I've had my rant.
