Great customer service
Placed an order and the next day I received a message from Hermes saying they had it and delivery would be soon. A week later still not arrived. I emailed the company, Amy responded immediately and said she would contact Hermes. Long and short was Hermes lost the order but Amy sent out a replacement order which arrived the next day. Twist in the tale was Hermes then found and delivered the first order. I informed Amy who told me to keep it for all the hassle. Great customer service, fantastic cocktails full of flavour and not watered down.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Have been waiting over a week for the delivery even though promised "Next Day Delivery". Have requested updates from customer care and they are not updating me.

Order placed May 9 emailed Company…
Order placed May 9 emailed Company several times to ask when I might expect delivery. After asking to cancel my order and a refund received email to say order was being despatched May 20. Received parcel via Hermes May 22 with no paperwork enclosed.
I have been emailing the Company since then to say scrapes on tumblers and I would be returning items for refund. Hermes collected item May 28 and to date I have not had the refund. Can only email no telephone number provided. I have sent my mobile and asked could they call me. So frustrating.
