Fantastic service, sorted out the filing cabinet with a key broken off in the lock.
Our filing cabinet with all our important documents (birth certificates etc.) had the key broken off in the lock. I wasn't sure there was an alternative to getting it drilled out ruining the cabinet or good. We got the broken key extractor and two new keys really fast postage for far less than the cost of a callout for a locksmith (under £15 in total). I'm really pleased.

Cheap and fast delivery
Needed 2 filing cabinet keys, found the lock number and used the website to locate the correct keys. Easy to use website and prices were the cheapest I could find. Keys arrived next day and they are of good quality and worked perfectly. Very happy with cost and quality.

Simple, quick, and economical - the key to success.
Bought a second hand filing cabinet with no key and no name. Googled 'keys' and up popped an unexpected solution. The correct key arrived from lockdoctor.biz within a couple of days. Will definitely keep a note of this site. Certainly recommend it.

Mislead on shipping
I have been looking for this key forever and finially found it being sold on this website. I got all excited and ordered it. The next day I received an email stating that they for ship outside of the uk. I was not expecting this because it didn't mention it on their website and when ordering there was a drop down box for country that made me think they did international shipping. Just a miscommunication on their website

Initial problem solved
I ordered a 3 series key & was sent a 9 series which of course, doesn't fit. Upon advising Lock Doctor replaced FOC as soon as they could sending me an email every day appraising me of delivery. Excellent service
