I have received excellent service from Lockabox, lock on original box became faulty. Lockbox sent replacement and picked up faulty box within a week.

I had an issue with my child accessing…
I had an issue with my child accessing my medication when I kept it next to my bed. This box is perfect size and gives me peace of mind. Just perfect!

Quite flimsy
Within a week, this has been broken into. The box remained intact (just) but is now not as secure as it was. Levering the door off it’s hinge; it was not opened but it was a devil of a job to force the door back into place so I could unlock it. It’s not as secure as advertised by a long way.

I have had one of these boxes for years to stop the kids eating all the sweets in one go!🤣
Decided to get one for my eldest ready for when they to go to uni to stop the fridge thieves!
A good investment and well made. You won't go wrong.

Customer Service at its Best!
Although my first order arrived damaged, Alex sent a replacement order right away. His continuous communication and customer service was excellent and I very much appreciated it. I can't say enough about his professionalism. And, I love my Lockaboxes so much!

Excellent Customer After Service
Like someone else my box was a little stiff but the aftercare service by this company is second to none. I have now a clear box in my fridge to "hide" my goodies from the kids and the medicine box. I would recommend these to anyone but look at the dimensions if it is for a specific item - to me they are ideal.

These lock boxes are very handy
I have now ordered 3 lock boxes. My first box had a sticky lock and customer service was very quick to help me solve the problem. For whatever reason, the lock on the box was not going to cooperate. Customer service sent me a new one right away to replace the defective one. I will say that the other boxes worked perfectly. Perhaps the 1st one was knocked about in shipping.

Could be bigger
Ok. I bought it to store kitchen chemicals safely so my 2 it year old couldn't get to them. Most but not all bottles fit inside. Could do with being and inch longer (that's what she said).

Bought a Lockabox in Dec 2020
Bought a Lockabox in Dec 2020. Unfortunately the lock stopped working, I contacted Lockabox to see if there was a replacement lock for me so I could fix it. Lockabox came back to me saying they would replace my safe as there is a 2 year guarantee.
Very happy and great customer service.
