Unanswered Emails Regarding Subscription Cancellation Request

They do not cancel the subscription when you want to leave the service.

I have sent three emails to them about this, but they didn’t even reply.

Your subscription was canceled on the same day your request was received, and no further billing took place after that point.

If there was any confusion around communication or confirmation, we’re always happy to review it and make sure everything is clear. Feel free to reach out to us via email or live chat and we’ll walk you through it.

For anyone reading this, our team processes cancellation requests promptly and does not continue billing once a request has been submitted.

The gold standard of how SAAS companies should be, and I've worked for a few. As an end-user, my experience with Local Dominator has been nothing short of outstanding. Eldar, the CEO, is engaging and supportive. He cares for the industry and the LD community. Veronica in Success honestly couldnt be more helpful either. I started off on LD around 3 months ago and have upgraded my package twice having today just paid for an annual licence, such is my belief in their toolset and the benefits it will bring my business and clients.

If you're in the Local SEO space and considering your tools then give LD a spin, you won't be disappointed. Be prepared to be a Dominator!!

Local Dominator is one of the only 4…

Local Dominator is one of the only 4 tools I use at my website/seo company. It does practically everything I need to help me know what my clients need to rank and dominate their local market. They are always adding new features. I've tried others but I like their GUI better than any I have used. Definitely worth the money.

Powerful Tool. Great Service. Constantly Improving.

I own a digital marketing company and started using one of Local Dominator's discount plans back in August and have slowly been learning to use and leverage this powerful tool since. The CEO & owner is extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to the needs of his customers and he's improving the tool constantly. Highly Recommend

I have a web design/SEO agency and I have used several of the heat maps or local ranking grids from other companies, but I had some issues with all of them. I started using Local Dominator about 2 years ago. This product is great, and they keep adding more features. I immediately liked how your unused credits roll over to the next month and I like the round grid feature instead of the square one everyone else uses.

Local dominator is a great price and brings great value to gather info for your seo local maps game plan.
