Loanitt was very easy to work with and brought me through everything step by step. Rory was great to deal with and couldn’t do enough for you

🚫2nd Edit,I have now cancelled my application as I have no trust in this company with my financial details.🚫 EDIT🔴My email in here is the same email on my Loanitt account, so by saying you have no record of me seems to be the same problems throughout your company. I have replied to customer service but not received an answer, the circus continues🔴Completed motor finance application 5 days ago, repeated emails for documentation that I already sent, some rejected, more uploaded, more requests for documents accepted and resent again. No communication re documentation sent to lender 4 days ago. On 5th day email received re an ID Pal verified ID even though driving licence accepted 5 days ago. Link just brings you back to your account and nothing there outstanding. Help request sent two days ago and no reply received, its like the whole process is being managed by an AI BoT with no human intervention. The worst service I have ever come across.

With everyday life so so busy, we loved the freedom that we never had to answer calls, everything was done on line by email or through their portal. We got through every step of the mortgage & our solicitor uploaded all legal docs to the portal, request the drawdown & mortgage was with us in 48hrs. In a perfect world, we could complete all steps inside a month with Loannit, but as normal, external sources slowed the process. But Loannit was always there ready to drive our mortgage on, whenever we were ready. We also loved that we dealt with the same Loannit agent from start to finish and we never had to wait for replies as Ashraf was so efficient. We highly recommend Loannit and the whole experience. We couldn't go through this stressful time again with any other company. Thank you for everything

Great support from Mikey and Ashi. The process of getting mortgage approval is very difficult with any number of obstacles. Mikey was very encouraging and enthusiastic in the first phases. When Ashi took over she detailed and dealt with all aspects very clearly. She is exceptional in her role.

Rory was very patient and kind to me. Excellent service.

Had a brilliant experience so straight forward no calling up and waiting to been connected all done through emails regarding your approval and they let you know what’s going on every step of the way
