Seamless process!
I just did a refinance on my condo and I closed in less than 30 days. The application was very easy and the system is super user friendly and intuitive. The broker is easily accessible for any questions. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends

My wife and I shopped 4 different…
My wife and I shopped 4 different lenders and listened to what each of them had to offer. All of them had similar rates, but none of them were able to explain the Loan Estimate and closing costs except for Loan House. Their communication and follow up made what has traditionally been a miserable experience a real pleasure. We highly recommend them and are very thankful for meeting our scheduled closing date.

Great service
Great service! I just purchased a second home in Florida and these guys did a great job. They did everything they said they would do and more. This is my 4th home financing experience and this by far was the best. Loan House will get all of my business from this point forward.
