As UK customer I'm really pleased that LOAM reached out to me off the back of a previous email conversation I had with their customer service (who were polite and prompt) to say that they had just opened up a UK warehouse so delivery fees are mich cheaper or free depending on your subscription. I went with the 3 month package as it included some goodies and worked out a little cheaper. So far I'm happy with the service amd UK presence at long last. I havent tried the product but I thought I should right a review based on the service.

Shame about the lengthy delivery to the UK but… I received an email today saying they will now ship from the UK from next week!
I was really unhappy whilst waiting for the first delivery, it took over 2 weeks with poor communication and one minute being told they might need to replace or refund.
Since using this for the past 2 months I can confidently say it’s worth the price. As a shift worker my bowel habits can become irregular but not anymore since using this. It’s so easy to dissolve in my morning cup of tea and I don’t even taste it. I remember to take it every morning and I’ve had no bad side effects. Such a great way of getting an extra 10g of fiber every day.

Lets first review the product. Its literally tasteless and blends perfectly into anything - even plain water. I've had excellent results and have been using daily for just over 9ish months now. My skin even looks better & feel great and obvious other improvements 🚽. Customer service is great - I've had one issue with the oversees shipping which they sorted immediately to the best of their abilities. Another point to add for UK customers.. it's oversees shipping. You're going to pay for it, you're going to wait longer than normal. It isnt amazon prime. Great product, defo recommend 👌

The product worked well for me with no side effects or stomach issues.
Had an issue with the first order been stuck in processing in the US on the tracking, contacted Loam and they sent another one out to me straight away with no problems.
Only downside to this product at the moment is the postage costs from the US to the UK.
The first one i bought to try out at the recommended usage, The second one I've now bought is to use only when needed to boost my fibre on certain days. Will not be ordering anymore again now until the postage cost to the UK is definitely more reasonable.

I am UK based. On the order page it says that shipping is free with subscription orders. What you don't realise is that this is only for the US - at the checkout page they propose huge shipping costs on an already expensive product. I really wanted to try this product but the total cost to a UK based customer is too high.

Abysmal delivery times, for a product that is supposed to be taken on a consistent basis the delivery time taking two weeks from ordering to arrival is ridiculous.

The purchase completed via Shopify and added a whopping £22.43 shipping to the UK afterwards so a small bag has cost me £60!!! I emailed to stop the order immediately and have sent five subsequent messages / emails and no reply. Do not buy.

In fairness it all started well and I do like the product! My digestive system is definitely better for using LOAM daily, which I have now for almost 6months.
My HUGE issue is with delivery of my subscribed orders.
I’m a newish customer, but the reorder/delivery of this stuff from the US is appalling! I’ve only had two, three month’s supplies and they’ve messed both up on both occasions!!!??
It doesn’t exactly instill confidence. Yet again I will run out of the stuff long before my new order arrives (in spite of ordering it earlier than they suggested?)
I may have to give Myota a go instead?

First week I only took half the recommended amount as I did suffer some mild gas / bloating.
Now into week 3 plus at 1 full scoop every morning and thoroughly recommend this product.
It really does regulate you in a gentle way. Following all the high fat foods and over indulgence over the Festive period I have felt great. Really does what it says! Just hope a UK distribution centre is available soon due to the shipping costs.

I was very sceptical when i ordered this product but i have to say it after using it for a month it really does exactly what it says. without going in to to much detail my biwel movements are now an absolute delight and the bloating has massively reduced. Unfortunately though until the shipping cost comes down i will not be buying it again. £20.00 to deliver a small package of powder is daylight robbery. If and when the delivery fee comes down to something affordable i will definitely buy again.

Fake reviews so why would anyone buy from this website?

I'd been following this product for a while on Instagram, hoping it could address some of the issues I'm facing that I suspect relate to fibre deficiency.

A tasteless powder with 10g of fibre sounded like exactly what I needed, so I was super excited when it arrived at my door.

My initial impression was that'll it isn't tasteless. It had a powdery after taste a bit like paracetamol. Over time I learned to leave it to dissolve for a few more minutes and dilute it with a bit more water than suggested. Having learned to do this I reached a point where it was 95% tasteless and super easy to consume.

More importantly, over the next few days I began to see the effect of taking Loam on my digestion. It really made a huge difference.

Anyway, here comes the BUT. The product is already fairly expensive but with shipping to the UK it becomes exorbitant. I thought this problem was pretty much solved when they announced free international shipping on the 3 month bundle, but this actually isn't quite what it seems. The problem is you do still pay some of the shipping costs (the taxes and duties), so it isn't actually strictly true to say the shipping is free. In fact, you pay more in shipping for the 'free shipping' bundle than you do for a smaller bundle.

I raised this with support thinking it was a mistake, but they didn't take much interest. This all left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth (not from the Loam).

I'd have liked to have stuck with Loam, but more recently I've come across a few competitors based in the UK offering more reasonable pricing. I'm going to figure out what works best for me and make a decision from there.
