We still haven’t received our order…
We still haven’t received our order which was placed in store in 14th September 2025. It is now three weeks on and we have had no further communication from Loaf.

The lady sales person was very helpful, she gave advice on the choice of materials and demonstrated the Sofa bed mechanism. She couldn’t have done any more.

5 months later still waiting
I ordered a sofa and cushions in April after visiting their shop in Batley to try them out and see the colours and fabrics.
Sofa finally turned up in September (and had to get it into the house myself because the delivery people claimed it wouldn’t fit).
Cushions still haven’t arrived 5 months later without any mention from Loaf about that, while the website still claims they’re available within a few weeks.
When I asked for an update I received a template reply with no actual information.
The shop experience was no fun either. Constantly pestered by one of the staff who also kept making weird remarks about how my 6-month-old son should be walking by now.

Perfect Sofa Bed
I’m in the process of putting the finishing touches to my dressing room. I was originally going to get a Chaise Longue but then got ti wondering if a single sofa bed would be better. As when the whole family stating it can get a bit hectic. After much looking I can across one at Loaf. So went to show room at Redbrick Mill to ti check it out. The store assistant was extremely helpful and I wasn’t disappointed. Picked up a few swatches and took them home. Finally decided colour so got to it and ordered online.

Purchase of coffee table on wheels
Looked on the website for the coffee table and it gave the impression that the tables were instock to purchase in the Redbrick showroom in Leeds. Travelled there especially to pick one up only to discover not stock in the showroom and could only order. Ordered on the 23rd August, same day, and still waiting for notification of when item will be delivered on the 28th August. Quite disappointed and underwhelmed by the experience so far. Hoping that the item will meet our expectations as it does look really nice and I can’t find anything else remotely similar.

Relaxed, helpful service
Relaxed, but knowledgeable sales people. Everything is easy to see and the big fabric swatches make choosing fabrics and colours a pleasure.
Becs was super helpful. She listened to our brief and directed us to appropriate sofas. We ended up buying something completely different to what we had intended from our online viewing, but we are very happy with our choice and looking forward to the delivery!

I had been wanting to visit a ‘shack’…
I had been wanting to visit a ‘shack’ for such a long time. The adverts with their images and descriptions sounded just perfect for what I wanted in a sofa.
So, when I finally made the journey, it was everything I was hoping for, and more.
The Leeds shack had all the sofas I wanted to see…all the friendly and knowledgeable staff I could wish for…and an ambiance that allowed me to just take my time to make up my mind…which I eventually did and bought the corner sofa of my dreams.
I am now super excited for its delivery and the start of a long and beautiful relationship.

Usma - the person who helped us in the shop was great. Cheerful. Helpful. Not in our face - but there when we needed to ask questions. Efficient at sorting out the paperwork and giving us the information and options we needed.
BUT i have now been on hold for over 30 mins to speak to someone about our order [i need to make a minor change] and this is undermining my confidence in LOAF

First visit, but not the last.
Welcomed into the store within short time. Told everything uk made. Shown where everything was and how all items could be linked together for texture and colour. Loaf was our first port of call within the mill to get ideas after redecorating. We were left alone allowing us to browse for ideas. We returned at the end of our shopping trip to place an order. We took colour samples for cushions so will be buying on our next visit. Will reccomend to friends.

Successful shopping trip
We nipped in to Loaf at Redbrik Mill today. We were looking to match up a headboard bought previously with a bed base. Joshua made sure we had all the information we needed and a quote by email valid for 30 days, with no pressure to order. Joshua made the whole experience pleasant and fun, with absolutely no pressure. He demonstrated various chair beds which was very helpful to inform a possible future purchase. Thank you Joshua and keep up the great customer service 😊👍

The staff are amazing
The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly.
The thing that marks Loaf as a company down is the standard £95 delivery fee. I have ordered a chair. This is very silly.

Joshua was very knowledgeable. Went the extra mile allowing me to pour coffee onto a sample of my sofa material to show how easy it is to get off and not stain for my piece of mind, and no pressure selling either.
