The BEST customer service I’ve ever received!
From the minute I walked in to Loaf in Batley I was really surprised by the level of customer service I received. We were greeted by the entire staff but not in an overbearing way. There were free tunnex tea cakes and a table filled with breakfast treats for free. Including orange juice and prosecco! I had a few questions and spoke to a lady called Becks, who was absolutely fantastic. Asked me all the right questions and gave me the information I needed. I took an hour or so to absorb and reflect before I went ahead with the purchase but honestly had it not been for the customer service Becks gave me I don’t think I’d of bought the sofa or came back in. They also gifted me with a little mug after I bought my chosen sofa. I also never leave reviews but really felt I needed to shout about the first class service we got! I will recommend you to everyone!

A very pleasant experience
The whole experience was very pleasant, not pressurised but relaxed, chatty and informative. I made a purchase and then was given colour advice for potential future purchases which I asked for.

Sumptuous sofas!
We spent a long time deliberating over which sofa to choose, the shop had a lovely relaxed vibe and we did not feel like we were pressured into purchasing. Joshua and the team were very helpful and knowledgeable when discussing fabric and sofa types so we are really happy with our final decision!

5 stars for the Batley store!
Visited the Batley store recently looking for a sofa for my new home. The staff were very welcoming and the store was very clean and tidy with a nice atmosphere.
I spoke to Imy who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect sofa for me and my family. Can't wait to order once my new property is ready!

I went to the store twice to look at sofas and on both occasions it was a good experience , the staff were very polite and helpfull in answering the questions I had , on the second occasion I visited to buy a sofa IMY helped me choose the right one and his knowledge was very helpfull for me to make my decision

We went to the Batley store and the…
We went to the Batley store and the staff there were so helpful and knowledgeable especially Emma and ?Alicia. My husband and I spent a long time in the store looking. The staff were really attentive and asked whether we had any questions. I really liked one of the sofas which I ended up buying but wanted the legs to be darker. The staff were able to give me a spare set of legs when I made the order which I will paint.

The great Bake Off!
We visited your Edinburgh store in September and were very impressed with your range. We made the trip down from Cumbria to your Redbrick (Leeds) showroom at the weekend and were made to feel most welcome by your staff. The products, showroom and overall experience was so easy. All the staff we dealt with at each of the store were fantastic and big thanks to Imy at Leeds who was super helpful.
