Quality, style and relaxed elegance.
Great quality, style and relaxed elegance across the range. We have a lot, beds, sofas, armchairs, side tables, lamps as we had to furnish an entire house in 2014, everything looks just as good 10 years on and after heavy family usage.

Terrible Customer Service
We ordered a sofa from loaf in September with the earliest delivery date being late November.
Prior to delivery we contacted to confirm they were able to remove the old sofa, to which they refused as it was sofa bed. Annoyed already as this was supposedly part of the service, we had the old sofa removed the day before the new sofa was delivered.
The new sofa which was delivered was the incorrect colour and size, which meant it did not fit up the stairs to the living room. The delivery company took the sofa back to Loaf and when contacted about the order, no help or information was given. Instead they informed us an investigation needed to happen prior to us being able to get any information which has left us with an empty living room and no information

We recently carried out an important system upgrade. While the changeover itself was successful, it has created some disruption for a small number of orders and we are working hard to clear the backlog.

Fantastic in-store experience

My original experience with loaf was slow and difficult. However since I contacted the loaf shop in Notting Hill and Sav took over my order my experience has been much better.
Sav has been very efficient, proactive, clear and positive. She has responded to my emails in good time despite the fact you have been very busy. She has kept me informed of what is happening which I have appreciated after my difficulties in contacting loaf before.

Thoroughly explained all the financial options there are in order to able to purchase a sofa. Never phased by repetitive questions, it can be quite daunting choosing a new sofa. There are varying styles designs etc. Friendly patient staff.
