We're champions of comfort and craftsmanship and use old-school know-how to make our wares. In fact, all our sofas and upholstered beds are made right here in Blighty. We've got a choice of over 150 kicked back colours across nine feel-good fabrics. You can help yourself to free swatches on our website. Opening hours needs to be longer to help with people working in the office ..
not enough products in show rooms
Renumeration needs to be considered as this impacts overall feeling for consumers.

I understand that extending our opening hours could better support customers who work standard office hours and this is something we are actively reviewing to improve accessibility and convenience.
Regarding product availability in our showrooms. I appreciate your observation. We're currently working on optimising our showroom layouts and stock rotation to ensure a wider and more representative range of products is consistently on display.
We also acknowledge your point on remuneration. While this is a broader topic. I recognise how employee satisfaction and morale directly impact the customer experience. Your comments will be shared with our teams for further consideration.

Don't bother buying from Loaf. Terrible post sales service. You spend a small fortune on a sofa, then if something is wrong, no chance of actually getting any response. If you can be bothered to hold on calling them (I've waited for around 90 min on a few occasions), the agent you speak to will make all sorts of promises to resolve the issue, you may even get an email response back, and then nothing again for weeks. My problem has been ongoing for over 4 months. They messed up the replacement order too. I am still stuck with a sofa that is completely uncomfortable on the back (manufacturing issue),out of pocket and seemingly no way to get hold of anyone at Loaf that can sort this out. Currently thinking of renting a van and delivering the rubbish sofa to their head office and dumping it there. Very disappointed and definitely would warn anyone off using Loaf!

Lovely store! A lot of sofa samples, and really easy to see and pick fabric in person! Amazing experience. Staffs are very kind and helpful too, Andrei helped me a lot, thank you Andrei☺️

Gorgeous sofas and amazing customer experience
We absolutely loved our experience at loaf.
In store and online, the sofa models and designs are gorgeous, and so comfortable to try.
The free fabric swatches are so useful to help you make a decision. And the team in loaf Chiswick were so helpful, patient and attentive. They didn't feel pushy at all, and really just wanted to help you make the right decision for you.
Andrei, in particular went above and beyond to help us choose our sofa, he let us try so many sofas, gave us advice and recommendations on sizes and fabrics.
Absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommend choosing it for your next sofa.

Loved trying out the sofas
Trying out the sofas on display was of primary importance, and the complimentary water helped in the heat.
Liam at the Chiswick branch was great, and shared some good advice about cats, furniture and protection.

Excellent selling and advice from the staff
I went to the Chiswick branch to ask about sofa bed and the staff was nice, very helpful, showed all the different models, and suggested the right models according to my needs.
