One very happy customer
I had to return a box of mugs that I’d changed my mind about. I rang Customer Service to ask if I could drop the box in to the nearby Loaf store which they said not usually but try. Queenstown Rd were very accommodating and agreed to take them back and got my refund sorted. One very happy customer.

We had an amazing 5 hours in Battersea loaf. Staff and in particular we must commend Tia who was brilliant and assisted with us without "salesman" approach and gave us very good advice, guidance to us demonstrating her expertise. The entire showroom was amazing, so inviting and relaxed with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to buy. We did purchase and found the range extensive and pricing to be fair. Tia also offered us excellent and personal after sales care. Thank you so much and we would certainly recommend Loaf and the Battersea showroom.

We had a fantastic experience at your store in Battersea. We spent nearly 2 hours there. Liam was amazing and was very patient with me. Defo recommend the experience. There was also no pressure. Liam offered all is expertise knowledge to make sure I was getting the right sofa. I bought two large Queenie sofas and the queenie love seat. Cannot wait for them to arrive.

We received amazing customer service during the very busy last day of the sale. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Felt like we could spend as much time as we needed in the store and not rushed into any decisions.

Great in shop and online customer experience!
Lovely retail experience, staff were super friendly the shop is well laid out and fun to be in! Easily the best in shop experience I had while sofa shopping!

I had very limited time and the girls…
I had very limited time and the girls were helpful, took me straight to the sofas I needed to see and got me colour cloths quickly. I bought the sofa I needed and was contacted the same day that it was ready to book a delivery date. Best to get down there before the January Sale ends.

Shopping for a sofa at Loaf has been a really enjoyable process. After trying so many sofas at other stores - I visited the Battersea showroom a couple of times before placing my order - it’s designed to make you feel really at home enabling you to sit around and try for as long as you like without any pushy sales folk. The staff are amazing so helpful and friendly and well informed - I would like to thank Ella and Tia for their help and patience. I would highly recommend the store to anyone.

The furniture is lovely, the showroom is well laid out, and Ella was absolutely fantastic, really hard working, and went above and beyond to help without being pushy in any way. It was a very positive experience, and I was happy to place my order in store before I left.

A chance to sit down!
Although the website is good, it's important to be able to test chairs/sofas/beds to make sure they're well made and comfortable. Going to Battersea enabled us to do that.
We were also able to look at all the fabrics and compare their quality, price and colour and take away the samples we liked best to check them at home.
I loved the addition of chocolate!

Great experience overall
Great experience overall. We went on a busy Saturday but there were plenty of staff around to help us. The cinema room is amazing for keeping the kids entertained to allow you peace to look around! Brilliant service and showroom.

I love the shop layout and space
I love the shop layout and space. I can feel and see the well thought out layout which caters for visitors.
We went over with the kids to try the new egg chair. The kids were kept well entertained with a cinema room and popcorn. They also have a couple of board games.
There was a large amount of furniture from sofas and chairs to beds tables as well as kitchen items.
The only reason I have a 4 rather than a 5 star is because they were a bit understaffed at the time, which meant we had a bit of a wait before we were looked after.
