Poor packaging. Shipped in only a thin bag
Poor packaging. Shipped in only a thin bag. I can ensure you these items were not individually wrapped and/or were not in a box. They had a very thin plastic cover over them and a piece of bubble wrap, wrapped around the three tools all together. I will not be shopping here again. £85 for this. Also, I have now being accused of swear at staff because I used the sentence: “ explaining why I had to pay £4 for p*ss poor quality.”

Risposta di loadout
Alex,
All our packages are shipped in DPD express pack bags as required by our courier, the tools come either boxed or individually wrapped as the manufacturer provides, we then encase the tools in bubble wrap to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
The cost of the shipping covers the cost we incur from our courier, in fact we actually lose money on this.
I can only apologise that the items being delivered within 48 hours, un-damaged, for £4 has had such a negative effect on your experience with us.
We did receive your email regarding the quality of our packaging where after swearing at our staff you demanded an explanation as to why you had been charged £4 for the shipping, I personally have tried to call you every day since your email but unfortunately you have ignored every call.
I was worried we had the wrong contact details but it’s now evident you have just been ignoring us which is unfortunate as we do like to resolve any issues for our customers.
Mike
