Very Happy
Had a small issue with the delivery (DPD's error) but Loadico rectified and sent out new products very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better service and are always on the end of a quick email if needed. Will definitely be returning. Thank You

Amazing Service
Louise went above and beyond beyond when ordering new Jackets, Beanie Hats & Shirts for Humber Rescue.
It was a large order and we had it all within a great time scale. We will definitely put all future orders through Loadico.

Paid for postage twice
We paid for 3 days delivery & the order never arrived called the company which they did bend over backwards to get the order resent but when it was due to be delivered we had to pay an extra £3.50 as there wasn't enough postage paid when the delivery was sent

Whole process was very simple
Whole process was very simple, ordered ergonomic ratchet & straps via the phone, knowledge of products was very good and got exactly what I wanted very promptly, will be using again.

Order came through quickly, exactly as we wanted it without any shortages.
Rachet straps look great in the two different colours we choose and are smooth to operate.
