Best customer service ever
I’ve had my eye out on the A7 lever belt for a while and loaded lifting had a massive sale early June which slashed the price of by 25% which is a huge deal since the belt is very pricey. Unfortunately the size I wanted wasn’t in stock. The sale was over and they had another recent sale which was for EOFY and the belt was 20% off. Unfortunately they didn’t have new stock, it was just leftover stock from last sale so it didn’t bother me until I found out AFTER the EOFY sale that I can size down which they had in stock. I contacted the team and told them what happened and they gave me a discount code to get the EOFY price. I cannot recommend loaded lifting enough. They have amazing customer service and the best sales.

Plates and Barbel
Purchased cast iron plates. Weighed each plate when I received them and they are all within 0.5 kilograms of the labelled weight.
Great tolerances on these, hard to beat the value.
Also purchased a deadlift bar, knurling is great and the whip is just right. Again hard to beat the value provided

A very positive experience
A very positive experience communicating with the Loaded Lifting customer service team.
The pad of the incline bench press I received was faulty (I suspect due to damage during delivery, and not a fault in the product itself) and so I contacted the team. They were very quick to reply, asking for relevant information. In the end they sent me a new bench to replace the faulty one in a very timely manner.
