Still waiting 45 days after ordering
I ordered my chocolate on the 13th November assured by the website it would be dispatched within 5-7 days. It still hasn’t arrived after Christmas. Had to replace the presents it contained. The chocolate is due to arrive today so 45 days after ordering. They were only dispatched 3 days before Christmas too so 39 days after ordering. Not 5-7. Emails have gone ignored.

Ordered on the 26th November
Ordered on the 26th November, hoping the chocolate bars would arrive before Christmas for presents. I emailed twice but got no response. I understand this time of year is busy and stressful, but an email response would have been nice. I have no idea if I will recieve my order. Disappointed.

Not sending out orders. She takes on too many orders and can’t hope then sends out automated messages to customers when emailing asking for refund.

Very poor quality service
Still waiting to receive my order having placed it nearly 4 weeks ago. Web site indicates order will be sent out within 5 to 7 days. Have emailed 3 times with no response. Would not recommend using this company, very disappointed.
