My last minute gift was, in typical guy fashion, very last minute. Matthew made sure it was on time with special delivery and was so helpful in getting me the ring in time which made for a very special moment. Thank you.

The product I received was packaged beautifully and the item was as described and 100% what I was after, I’m over the moon with it!

I bought my wedding ring online. Within 24 hours I had an email from Matthew (Director), apologising that the size I required was unfortunately out of stock. I was offered alternatives, but had my heart set on my original choice. Matthew sourced my original selection, and managed to get it to me before my wedding day. Very professional service (even replying to emails at nearly midnight). Would highly recommend to anybody looking for jewellery.

A thoroughly professional family jewellers who have just delivered my wife's anniversary present by recorded delivery.
The parcel is very impressive in the level of detail and care taken with its presentation.
The earrings are contained inside two boxes secured with ribbon and bow within a larger box. The largest box contains the care instructions, invoice, valuation certificate, gift bag with ribbon and paper filling.
The earrings are beautiful and of a design and price not found elsewhere.
Communication was excellent, giving delivery schedule and contact details in the event of any problems or questions.
I will undoubtedly use Lloyds again in the future.

I ordered an identical ring to one I saw being sold by Liberty, but for £130 cheaper. The size I ordered was not in stock, so Matthew contacted me directly by email to explain my options. It was so nice to receive a polite and personal message. He even sent the ring by an upgraded signed for postage service to make up for any inconvenience. The ring is beautiful. I wanted to buy a special gift for my Mam's 70th Birthday, I hoped to buy a ring with both diamonds and emeralds and 9ct Yellow Gold in an half eternity style. I had been searching for well over 6 months before stumbling across Lloyd's Family Jewellery, which they had a ring to match what I was looking for. I wasn't 100% certain of the size I needed and wanted to check if I ordered it and it didn't fit it could either be altered, exchanged or refunded. I reached out to them via their website contact form, I sent an email too and then realised they use FB Messenger so sent them a message. They were very quick in responding (via FB Messenger) and were very helpful. They advised an exchange or refund is possible if the ring didn't fit. I placed my order (6th May) and received my order on 12th May (I would have received it on 11th May but I missed the delivery and I could have receivedit on 10th May but delayed by 1 day due to the bank holiday). The parcel itself was securely packaged (wooden presentation ring box, inside a protective cardboard ring box, which was inside another box with shredded paper and this box was posted in a mailing bag too). Inside the box was a Jewellery Care Sheet, Insurance Guide, Certificate of Authenticity, printed invoice, envelope for the paperwork and a gift bag. The ring itself was absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. I gave this to my Mam today and she is absolutely thrilled with this ring and is the perfect size and looks stunning alongside her wedding and engagement rings. Would definitely recommend Lloyd's Family Jewellery to anyone, great service, lovely jewellery too and at reasonable and affordable prices (similar rings elsewhere were double, if not quadruple the price with less diamond/emerald carats).

I ordered wedding ring for my wife and I. The size was not available for my wife. Communication with Matthew was excellent and he promised that our ring will be available in five weeks. It was worth waiting for the special delivery which arrived the next day. The package was excellent and secured. It included well secured quality ring, a gift bag, care guide and information on insurance. The price of the ring is very competitive and I found the youtube presentation on their website very informative. I highly recommend Lloyds Family Jewellery for your jewellery needs.

Wedding ring arrived and I am so pleased with it. The attention to detail and careful preparation in the box was great. The ring came with an authenticity and valuation certificate, a gift bag and the ring itself packaged very neatly and carefully in the box.

This is the first time I have purchased from Lloyds and the experience has been excellent. I called Matthew to check a few points and then placed the order via the website. Confirmation was very prompt with an e-mail from Mathew including dispatch details, and delivery upgraded to Royal Mail Special. Total lead time from order to receipt was 7 days but that included the 4 day weekend for Easter. The quality of the product is excellent (sapphire and diamond ring as a present to my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary) - exactly as shown on the website. Packaging and presentation materials, certification and care instructions are all high quality. Pricing very competitive with other retailers. Overall, highly recommended!
