Phenomenal customer service! I ordered some extensions in the package was never received at my home so it got sent all the way back. She was so patient helping me sort out how to receive my package. We were able to work out a solution and she sent them back right away. She pulled the whole process with the most professionalism and absolute care.

I bought some raccoon stripe extensions from Lizzie and they are gorgeous. Really fast shipping and great packaging Lizzi ❤️ very high quality.

horrible experience, i paid quite a lot of money for 2 wigs, and when i complained that the wigs were horrible (bad cut, bad sewing, overall bad shape) she blocked me, took my money, and said thats my problem, she did her work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! there are alot of horror storiers of her out there. scammer.

Bought some extensions from Lizzislox and I LOVE them. Such great quality. 10/10 would purchase again. Great customer service also, she was able to answer all my silly little questions I had!

I have bought several wigs from Lizzie and they have all been beautifully dyed and soft to the touch. I've had one of the 5+ years and in stoll in good condition (I wear it special occasions only). I've ordered a couple of custom wigs too. Lizzi always sends a preview for you to confirm before sending. Once it wasn't quite what I imagined and she completely remade it for free! Very happy with the quality of my purchases and the customer service from Lizzi

Lizzi is great, very accommodating and puts a lot of effort into her wigs. I highly recommend her product to all my friends as she really cares about her creations with time and effort, and it’s nice quality hair to invest in, always get what exactly what I order

I ordered from Lizzis Lox, and the products I received (because I didn't receive them all) looked like a child dyed them. When I emailed her, she said to send them back and that she would remake them, but I never did receive my products, and I'm out of all the money. I would NOT recommend her.

Lizzi makes the most gorgeous hair extensions and wigs! She is a true artist and goes above and beyond to make everyone happy! Please know that the 1 star review was left by someone trying to get her items for free…which is theft and quite disgusting behavior. I would purchase everything Lizzi makes if I had the need for them.

I've bought 10+ wigs from Lizzi, as well as extensions and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience each and every time. Every wig was dyed to perfection, and all of the specs of each wig were exactly as listed. I personally wouldn't shop anywhere else for human hair wigs and extensions at this point. After countless disappointments with other shops, I was so relieved to find Lizzi. She's also been super thorough and helpful whenever it came to my custom orders. Absolutely NAILED my rainbow wig. I cannot wait to purchase more in the future!

I ordered white and got yellow. Was told I was in the wrong and after much pushing Lizzi’s lox had offered me $10 whole dollars as a refund when I spent over $100. Currently have a pending scam claim with the financial institution I paid for.

I’ve been buying lizzislox wigs for some time now and I refuse to buy wigs from anywhere else!

I’ve purchased a good selection of what she sells from lace front, machine wigs, lace top, vibrant colours (my favourite) and natural wigs. The wigs are outstanding colours and the vibrant colours have lasted years without fading. The lace is high quality and the hair is just perfectly soft and the wigs don’t thin over time/hair breakages.

I constantly get asked if who “did my hair” because rarely does anyone notice it’s a wig and when I tell people I get excited squealing when they realise they can also buy they style of wing I’m wearing.

I’ve referred everyone I know to this business because not only are the products of the highest quality but the owners customers service is out of this world. When I explained to her that I wear wigs due to medical hair loss, she’s helped me out with the correct wig caps and extra advice. Her level of empathy and kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.

She’s has even helped me with colour therapy when I attempted to colour a wig myself.

I honestly couldn’t praise this brand enough. Her high quality products have given me so much self confidence where other brands failed.

I ordered my first unit in 2020 and she is still living her best life 4 years later! Lizzi is extremely kind and easy to get ahold of for all questions regarding her products as well as shipping info! You can tell she cares a lot about her work because it’s so detailed and one of a kind for each unit. I currently have a 24” Pink to yellow ombré and the colors are still so vibrant to this day. The hair quality is stunning, and easy to manage. Her cap construction is very straightforward and is actually my favorite out of all the wigs I’ve tried. She is also really active with her followers, after all this time she still likes my photos with her units and it makes me feel so seen and heard! Def recommend her she’s so slay!

Lizzislox wigs are higher quality and more impeccably designed than anything else I’ve found on the market. She makes every wig by hand and the dedication and detail is amazing. I’ve purchased 15 wigs from Lizzi over the past few years (the most recent one just this month!) and have always been thrilled with the product. The first wigs I purchased still look amazing! Lizzi is super responsive and talented - if you contact her about a custom design, she will bring your vision to life. The LizzisLox website is also really easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful information and tips if you’re a beginner or new to the world of wigs. A++++++
