After buying I have to wait for over 24 hours now
After buying I have to wait for the code, not a problem, but so far, after 24 hours I am still waiting. Lizosoft has let me down, which is unusual for them.

I paid for 4 licenses and none of them worked. I got a prompt that the license was already used multiple times.

I found your activation guide somewhat confusing. I think you could have been more detailed in your instructions. In the end, I used the Microsoft telephone activation with success.

The purchase of Office 21 was…
The purchase of Office 21 was faultless. However when I had difficulty downloading it I was most surprised that no telephone support was available- apparently ''due to government advice'' everyone is still working from home!! Following two Emails, The first was unanswered, I received advice and was able to rectify my problem.

Fantastic low-cost applications
