I have purchased this company a few times over the years and I have found them good value for money with excellent customer service if you have a problem

I would have given 5 stars however, I had problems with the ISO file as the option to mount was missing. I found the answer on the web and the install was then simple.

As always, a great service and always very quick to obtain the key. Have used several times and will continue to do so.

Reliable products and service.

This purchase (Office Pro Plus 2021) went OK but only after the first big "hiccup":
- the "hiccup" occurred when I tried to pay by PayPal but, somehow, I got logged into Paypal using account details that I don't use for Paypal, at which point the whole purchase totally stalled! Lizofoft product support wasn't very helpful in sorting that out.
- Next day I logged into Lizosoft again, deleted that "half-purchased" version of Office, and then started a totally new order, which went well and quickly, and I soon got an email with the Product Key and download link.
- Downloaded the Office installation stuff and installed it, and the Product Key was immediately accepted and so Office was immediately activated - which has definitely not always been the case with Product Keys via this retailer, and when, then, I've had to use the complicated and protracted Telephone Activation route!

I have purchased software from them many times, and I always come back when I get a new computer. Love this site. :D
