No problems with product key and activaton when getting my son's elderly computer retarted with a rebuild and new SSD after hard drive with previous installation had well and truly died and information regarding previous installation of win 7/win 10 details lost. Price very reasonable. Microsoft can make life very difficult at times with loder installations.

This company has just got better over time, my experience went like this, I picked the product, I paid for the product, I blinked and on the screen was the download link and the product key, I copied the key and clicked the link and within 10 minutes t was able to paste the key into the product and use... After a sudden, unexpected failure of Office 365 - including 2 instances of Task Host Window hanging (whatever that is!) preventing a clean shutdown of Windows 10, my 365 program was effectively 'dead and buried' after many reboot tries. Curiously, no instance of Office 365 was listed under Control Panel/Programs & Features so I had no opportunity to attempt a repair or uninstall.
I successfully used Microsoft's Support & Recovery Assistant to uninstall 365 and stubs from any older Office installations.
Purchasing Lizosoft's Office 2021 then came to my rescue! Several helpful progress messages, together with detailed installation and verification guides resulted in an easy recovery so I could again reference all my Excel, Word, Outlook etc files.
