I ordered some of the glow products. I signed up for 20% off. I added to basket, but it didn't take off at checkout,so full price was paid.
I wrote and explained, only to be told ot can't be used with any other offer, despite it not saying this. I told them I would return the 3 products which I did.
They have only refunded TWO. Apparently only an empty box was received for other item!! Basically told tough. I've even sent proof of postage.
I will not use them ever again, very poor service.
If you’ve even slightly sensitive skin avoid at all costs
First time using LE revitalise and glow moisturiser - well it’s safe to say my face glows alright. My cheeks have blistered & swollen really badly and I’m now awaiting seeing the doctor to get treatment for it. Thought with it being a well known name this would be safe to use but clearly not. Wish I’d seen the reviews on here first instead of now being subjected to the pain I’m now experiencing
**Edit** I’ve not changed my rating for the product as I ended up with antibiotics for the infection this gave me. However following an email to LE customer services I cannot fault how they dealt with me - I had a telephone call within 48 hours, they refunded the cost of the product and a complimentary gift of products I can use. I’ve had a follow up call to see how I am and they are making a final call next week to ensure all is well. So from a customer service perspective 5 stars - excellent service!
Delivery issues
I've used Liz Earle skincare products for a few years now and during my recent re-purchase there was an issue with Royal Mail delivering the package. It was supposed to be 48hr tracked delivery and 2 weeks went by with it stuck at the depot. I contacted Liz Earle who replied promptly to say they've reposted a new package as priority. It arrived quickly and a few days later so did the original package. I emailed Liz Earle to ask if they wanted me to return one of the packages. They replied telling me not to worry and hope I enjoy with their compliments. I can't fault the exemplary customer service particularly as it was an issue not caused by them.

Was given a set of face wash toner and cream for Christmas. This caused a rash on my neck and has since become worse even though I have thrown away the products. Now being treated by the doctor. I hope it resolves as it is raw and stinging. I
Allergic reaction to moisturiser

Face was scarlet after first use. Tried next day and same happened. Took 3 days to come back to normal.
Very disappointed as not cheap.
Won’t buy Liz Earle again.
Miserable customer care
my order came to £75 and I was given option to choose 3 samples which I duly did. I then applied discount code which brought purchase down to £72.50 . when order arrived no samples were included. When I queried I was told I was only entitled to 1 sample as order was below £75 . bloody miserable company . I'm not at all impressed by this stinginess. why give me the choice of something and then not deliver ?

Having been a regular customer for over 20 years my last experience was not of the usual standard. I ordered, as I thought, 3 sets of two items of moisturiser and cleanse and polish as the offer was 3 for two. On receipt of the parcel there were only two of each item. I rang to say what I had wanted and was told that I should have ordered 3 of each and more or less told ‘hard luck’. Not the customer service of the past. No offer to change anything. I told the man that I was unhappy but no resolution to the situation and I left the conversation unsatisfied. I will probably choose another make now.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Please beware the products are highly dangerous and unsafe! I tried using the Liz Earle microdermabrasion polish and despite following the instructions, some of the micro beads still managed to get into my eye, causing me to get a severe corneal abrasion and potentially more as this is unfortunately still an ongoing issue! I immediately rinsed my eye with water as advised, however the damage had already been done. I have had multiple doctor and optician appointments, a visit to A and E and an urgent referral to an eye hospital. All of this ending up costing me time off work, and over £100 in travel and treatment costs! This needs to be banned and removed from sale!
Only product I can use
I’ve been using Liz Earle super skin (unfragranced) moisturiser for about 4 years, this is the only thing I can now use on my skin as it’s become sensitive even to essential oils as I’ve got older. I’ve not had any issues with delivery etc and things arrive very quickly. I’ve tried to find other products that are cheaper as I find it a bit pricey (I usually wait until there is a promotion) but always come back to this. I’ve not had any dealings with customer service so can’t comment on this

Latest '2 for 1' offer is very misleading and even when you realise that there are catches it is still hard to work out what the offer acutally is. My partner ordered 2 full sized items and got a mini version of something totally unrelated. She spends a lot of money with Liz Earle and gets treated like this. Buyer bewarned! After writing this review my partner phoned Liz Earle and they admitted that they have had a number of complaints and they are sending the free item! Revised score to 3 stars from 1!

I used this product many years ago and it was lovely. The smell divine. Ive stopped using it now because the creams and aroma has totally changed. WHY.?
Why change something that really worked . I didnt realise that it had been sold to Boots. So that explains it. What a shame. I will not be buying again. I dont want fancy packaging... I want the product quality it used to be

I am a newbie to Liz Earle, recommended by a friend and I purchased some products in the sale at a bargain price and I have to admit they are fabulous and they smell lovely as well and the perfume is beautiful. I understand the bad reviews about breakouts of the skin but you cannot blame the products for this as everybody’s skin is different, I have very sensitive skin as I’ve got older and up to now have not had any problems with the products, they are on the pricey side but luckily I get 22% off, never had any issues with customer service always resolved my minor issues straight away. Will continue to use Liz Earle products at the online website! Continue with the good work guys :)
Liz Earle I’m very disappointed
Been using Liz Earle for the over 30 years. Loved it. What the hell is going on? Since Avon bought the company I am plagued by rashes and break outs when using the product especially the moisturisers I am so disappointed. I did speak to head office directly they couldn’t give a damn. I am now on the look out for a new skin product because Liz Earle has turned to Sh.t literally I’m very upset 😢

I have used liz earle for about 26 years. About 5 months ago my face broke out with a rash and redness. I use the superskin moisturiser and eye cream plus most of liz earle products. But after this breakout and seeing my GP I've had to stop using this products. I'm so dissapointed as I've used these products for 26 years. It would be interesting to see if there has been any change in the making of this skin care.

I went in to the handforth boots this morning 23/12/23 to buy some products for my mum for Christmas
I was greeted by a lovely lady she was so helpful also asked if I wanted a bag and tissue for my gift 🎁 I would definitely recommend the handforth Wilmslow store as I went to the Trafford center and no body was available

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. I have been a customer for many years and like their products but trying to get an answer to a problem of damaged goods is impossible!
Emails are returned as "recipient not responding" and after been subjected to 15 minutes of music on the phone, the line goes dead!
