I have been with the team with Liv & Jazz for around 8 weeks now. I have just had my 8th check in and I’m 6.5kg down and 11cm around my tummy.
8 weeks ago I wouldn’t have had the confidence to step foot in the gym alone, now I go all hours because I enjoy it so much as I have such a lovely plan to follow!
The motivation and support I get from them is just amazing alongside the others in the team who are on this journey with me! Love the networking feel it gives where you can share ideas and wins for the week. All round just bloomin amazing. Forever grateful for them for helping me so much and so proud of myself for achieving what I have so far and can’t wait to carry on my journey!!

Liv has been amazing from day 1, it’s so great having someone who understands your struggles and can empathise but also give really constructive and useful advice to change your mindset and move forward positively. I’ve loved my journey so far and in the 4 months I’ve been working with her, the difference in myself is unbelievable! Long may it continue and thank you Liv 🫶🏻

Since day one everything about this process has been incredible. As someone who was completely lacking in confidence and worried to get started I’ve been shown nothing but kindness by everyone involved. Communication is incredible, meals are delicious and I’m seeing great results without feeling like I’m cutting out things that I love. Cannot recommend Liv and the team enough ✨

The best decision I have ever made was signing up with Liv and putting in that enquiry form, the DIFFERENCE in my mental health and general health is amazing Liv and Jazz have helped me become the best version of myself and it has helped me find the confident, strong girl that was hiding within. I don’t normal like writing reviews but I think for this it’s totally valid. My time with Liv has been amazing. When I started I was in the pits of binge eating, eating for the sake of it and just not caring about my body, fitness or health. I decided to going LivWell and honestly it’s totally changed my life. So far I’m almost at my 10kg weight loss goal and still plenty to go. I’ve been support from the very start. There’s nothing you won’t be able to do with Liv, the meals are delicious, the workouts are brilliant and her constant support is amazing! Joining her was the best decision I could’ve made 🩷

Such a great experience! It is so lovely to have people in your corner rooting for you! The plans are catered to you and it is so amazing how much time and detail they put into it! 10/10 will always recommend! 🤍

I’ve been with the Livwellcoaching for just under 3 months. It may sound cliche, however it has completely changed my life. The level of support you receive is incredible Liv is always there for me and is kind but firm. She understands that life can get in the way and helps me to get back on track. The app and the community is incredible. If you’re thinking about it just do it. There is no ‘good time’ just go for it and you will never look back.

Liv and Jazz are just so incredible. They tailor their approach to you perfectly and just really understand people and their experiences and that life isn’t always linear.

Liv is honestly the best coach I have worked with to date. It's rare to find someone who understands your journey and struggles but Liv has been through it all and tackles coaching with knowledge, compassion, and genuine warmth. Any and all questions or requests have been seen to so speedily and it's so appreciated. Also the community you become apart of when you sign up is so welcoming and encouraging.
I literally can't recommend her enough!

Liv and her team are amazing! The support you receive is incredible and they are all so kind, passionate and supportive. Liv ensures you understand everything and are comfortable to ask any questions. The meal plan is delicious and has really helped me just eat a lot cleaner. The workouts are put together really well and I really enjoy them! This is the first time I've ever stuck to a 'diet' / 'weight loss phase' and its been so fun I've really enjoyed it. Liv and her team have helped me in more ways than I can say ❤️

Liv and her team are absolutely amazing. They offer endless support and are always willing to work with you if you need adjustments to anything at all. I have a really busy schedule but we’re working towards a little more stability which has been super relieving. I’ve been with them for just over a month now, and I’ve already seen some progress not only physically but mentally, definitely helping me keep a routine and be more accountable for my health. I’m so excited to continue and highly recommend getting in if you can!!

The support you get is absolutely amazing. You can chat about anything and you get the encouragement and help you need to carry on with your journey in a positive mindset. The meal plans are amazing, they actually taste good and it doesn’t even feel like you’re trying to loose weight or restrict your eating, it’s all sorted and makes everything so simple :)

Liv is so compassionate and really cares about my wellbeing mentally as well as my goals and nutrition. She’s helped me with my weight loss and has made my whole journey so easy with the yummiest meal plans and supports me with fitness while i adapt to lifestyle changes 🩷 I’ve recommended her to so many people who want to start the same journey. She understands different struggles and will motivate you through anything. Thank you Liv!!

Highly recommend Liv if you need help maintaining a healthier lifestyle/loosing weight. I struggle to stick to healthy eating for more than a few weeks and having Liv there to hold me accountable and keep me motivated has been soooo helpful. She’s super responsive & supportive and always happy to explain why she’s giving the advice that she’s giving!

Since starting my journey with Liv, I can honestly say she is the most incredible, inspiring and supportive girly I have ever met in my life. Whether it’s weightloss or personal, she is someone that I’ve been able to reach out too and she’s had my back through some really tough times over the past 4 months and I honestly can’t thank her enough. An absolute true gem and I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone. So if you’re thinking about joining the team, it’s 100% worth every penny I’ve spent and will continue to do so through my journey to get to where I want to be! Absolutely love working with Liv, couldn’t of picked a better coach if I tried! She’s so down to earth and relatable it makes it so much easier to be open and honest whilst on your journey as you know she’s been through it all herself. I feel so much more motivated knowing she’s keeping me accountable too, the little check ups she does daily really goes a long way with keeping me on track throughout the day. She caters your meal plan and training sessions to you and what you need/want and feel comfortable with. She’s extremely supportive and always there when you’re feeling down but also holds you accountable but not in a way where you may feel judge. There are no faults whatsoever I couldn’t recommend her enough 🩷

Liv is absolutely fantastic, I haven’t even been with her long and couldn’t wait to leave a review. This isn’t about how much weight I’ve lost it’s about her approach, her approach not to make you feel rubbish if you’ve have a bad week or not met your step target. Her approach to understand your lifestyle down to a T to ensure than the plan suits you. You don’t have to scan every supermarket shelf for ingredients you’ve never heard of because her meals are made with ingredients you probably have at home. Honestly, if you’re considering joining her, do it!

Liv is amazing!
I’m someone who’s a fussy eater and has always struggled with getting a balanced diet in to help lose weight on top of exercise and she’s made plans that fit around my life style and provided me with meals which I actually enjoy.
She’s always there if you need to message her to change anything on the plan which is amazing! I’ve only been with liv for a month now and the difference I’ve noticed it’s crazy!
