This company is a total scam. I booked a rental ro service and the salesman promised us that the R.O. would be installed in 24 - 48 hours. It has been a whole week and yet they have not installed the R.O. Whenever I call in the customer service, the only answer I get is that the R.O. will be installed within 24 hours and upon asking for refund, they try to ignore. I really recommend not to buy or rent any service from the company if you do not want to get scammed.

Place an order for the special LivPure was offering and an additional 3 jars. Received a fraud alert from my credit card company. Checked my statement and I have been double charged for my original order. I called ClickBank and they only had records that I was only charged for the original special and the additional 3 bottles. I wound up cancelling my order. Contacted my credit card and they had not paid the charge yet. So they will not pay for either what I ordered or the duplicate order.

I'm afraid I think this is a total scam. I took three whole bottles and it did nothing. I did however get a full refund (minus shipping costs which from the US to the UK were not cheap). I would not buy this if I were you.

Tried to cancel order before it shipped but gee it ships as soon as you place your order so that can’t stop it…. How ridiculous does that sound I should have know from that comment what was going to happen. I WAS REFUNDED $127.04 but there was another charge for $85.76 that hasn’t been refunded….. So now I wait..

45 minutes of presentation which could have been done in 5 minutes.
All of these fast weight loss, neuropathy cures have the same sources. Some exotic plants off the Greek Islands or some other remote area where people live to be 140 years old. Capitalism is great and I hope you have a good conscious selling this scam of of a product and on top of that, your refund policy sucks. One may get 50% back if anything. I’m living proof. You should be ashamed of yourselves for even thinking you are going to continue on with this scam.
I’m sure you won’t post or share this but I felt it was worth a try.

Absolute rubbish. Expensive and does absolutely nothing only rob you. Guarantee?? Eh, no! By the time it arrives the guarantee will have expired, I don’t think they’d refund it anyway. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, terrible service and the product does NOT work!

Firstly this product takes 6 weeks to arrive and secondly it doesn't work. I, like many was excited about this product and so when it finally arrived I thought I would help it out by doing exercise videos and walking to help it along. I'm over a month now and haven't lost a pound. Also there are Facebook groups endorsing this but the minute you put in a negative comment it doesn't get past admin. Don't waste your money it's an expensive lesson learned

I would like to tell you one way or the other that it was good or not so good but I haven't even received my product yet! I paid $243 Canadian to buy three bottles of this liver aid and weight loss supplement and that was almost a month ago. How long does it take to mail something from the US certainly not three and a half weeks. I'm choked. And they have a Canadian website but yet when you buy something they change it to American funds , there's no customer support there's no phone number to phone in Canada. I sent an email with my phone number and my address and all the pertinent information and haven't heard from anybody. And when I went back to see if they had responded they had blocked my message and me from further email Messages. When I tried to phone someone regarding this I was directed to ClickBank and they don't tell you when it's going to be sent or when you're going to get it they just say it's out for delivery. You could be waiting months. They don't even know. There's no reviews and when you try and find some it takes you back to the official website it's like they've got it all redirected back to them and how great they are -wish I could tell you the same.

Amazingly I received the product within hours of writing this review. It took 25 days to get this product and will let you know how it goes. I bought three bottles but will write again in a month. Fingers crossed.
