I lived in one of Living Smart houses for more than one year and it was definitely the best renting experience I had so far. The set up process was quick and fast, the house had everything needed for my stay (including cleaning lady + fast internet) and the landlord always replied within hours to any query I might have, providing the best service. The rent with all bills included is really great as you don't need to worry about anything. This is a great choice if you are looking for a nice house occupied by young and sociable professionals. The best agency I've been with - my deposit came back in full, they didn't try to rip me off like other agencies do- and it came back very quickly. The service is really organised and when we called about a repair, they sent someone the next day. The staff are super friendly, helpful and you can always get through on the phones.

The house I rented with living smart was a really beautiful property and very modern. We had a cleaner and a gardener once a week also, which helped keep the house in great condition. The move in and out was hassle free. I would definitely recommend renting with them in Manchester!

I had a pleasure to stay with Living Smart for almost 4 years in one of their houses which are absolutely amazing! House itself is equipped with ultrafast (business) internet, TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cleaning service, and maintenance team promptly addressing any problems that might arise during your stay. The combination of experience the landlords have and a good selection of tenants makes this place a perfect choice for a working professional. No hassle at all, I would definitely return to one of the houses and recommend Living Smart to any of the future tenants.

the apartments they let are exquisite and well maintained. I was fortunate enough to have respectful and quiet neighbours who also took pride in the property.

any maintainance issues were dealt with immediately.

I had a great experience with Living Smart. The team are friendly, professional and it made living there very easy. The house I lived in was clean, modern and very homely. Really well furnished accommodation with plenty of storage space in the rooms which was ideal. The landlord is really helpful and any issues were responded too within a matter of hours. Would highly recommend!

It was by far the best company I have ever rented with! Very professional, on time with everything and the property was impecable. The staff they hire to do communal area cleaning always did a great job of maintaining the property to a high standard. Very happy with my choice to rent with them and would do it again, given the opprtunity! Tenants are carefully selected and you end up making great friends! I enjoyed living in this house share. It was a really nice house, really well maintained and clean which is a big deal when living in big house shares. The landlords very very responsive and on top of any requests straight away. Highly recommended

Best landlord I’ve ever had, always addressing issues promptly and ready to help. Rent is slightly higher than other houses in the same area but definitely worth it as houses are all recently renovated and wi-fi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are included. Good selection of tenants as well. If I went back to Manchester I would not live anywhere else.
