The staff at the Letchworth branch were a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly.
However the order and delivery system set by HQ is the worst I have ever experienced: to expect full payment without even knowing when the chair will be delivered and then expect me when I am abroad to ring you to maybe find out whether it may be by the year end is utterly customer unfriendly.
Would I buy from you again or recommend the company to friends? I very much doubt it.

Liz at Letchworth was so very helpful , patient and knowledgeable. She listened patiently, and it was no trouble when she had to repeat herself several times.
She explained the merits of different styles, and we felt no pressure at any point to make a purchase.
Plenty of parking space outside and a pleasant showroom. The coffee was welcome too.

Great experience from purchase to delivery. The team in the showroom were not pushy and let me sit on the sofa for a while to see if it was my fit. The delivery team of Paul and Jon took time to carefully put the sofas together, answer many questions and reminded us how to use the various settings. It is day one but sofa still is comfy, colour and size are perfect for the room. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

Excellent customer service, I was contacted within 10 minutes of putting in an online request then subsequent contact was efficient and at the planned time. Home visit by Deborah and Billy. They couldn't have been kinder or friendlier to mum, they put her at ease and made the whole process simple. Both were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the visit and mum did not feel under pressure at any time.

We arrived at the store knowing we wanted 2 reclining chairs and were going to buy a sofa from elsewhere. The design of our new sofa from yourselves was far superior to the one we were buying originally. Lynn was absent fantastic from start to finish. She talked us through everything, from choosing the right match of leather to the sizes and the bases. She was so incredibly patient with us and very friendly. Lynn Dolan was an absolute star for putting up with us. Thank you very much.

we had our sofa and 2 chairs delivered by paul & jon today . I received a call to give estimated time they would arrive 20 mins beforehand . Paul introduced himself an jon who was assisting with the delivery and brought our furniture in unpacked it an took all packaging away which was great . Paul an jon conducted themselves in a professional manner very carefully with my delivery ensuring that he checked every part of sofa & chairs when in 100% excellent condition in which I was fully greatful & satisfied with the delivery thank-you so much Paul jon great fellas great service .

I visited H.S.L. Bath and was very impressed with Tammy the salesperson who came to greet me. I was shown the type of chair I wanted to purchase but there was no pressure to hurry up and make my mind up. After a welcome cup of coffee I purchased a lovely recliner.

I spent a wonderful two hours in your Plymouth store today, choosing a riser-recliner and fireside chair. The salesman Simon Wilson was a thoroughly efficient , charming, and knowledgeable person.
