Most trustable prop firm ,very easy rules to be followed
Customer service is very fast and accurate ...i suggest everyone to have a look on this propfirm

I have tried the livxcapital instant account.and it's great that there is no consistency rule that let us book our small quantity of profit to payout.its a great initiative .
I just got my payout within 1 day of payout request and that's great.

I liked their instant 1 step model I tried by paying premium price trusted by my friends recommendation

Suddenly overnight they stopped all trading accounts said some upgrade

I waited patiently their email support is shit they wont even reply to emails

I asked for resolution no reply
I wanted a full refund but they didnt allow me get that. They say we either give payout or refund. Payout is something I earn with trading with a challenge I got. Neither I got a free account or any leverage to make payout.

I dont understand why payout is linked to refund of accounts when they shifted model to 6% Drawdown

I had a 50K account with 10% and they shifted to 6% dd they said they will refund me

I waited patiently without trading after paying 1600$ this kind of service is a shame in industry

Post 1 month of asking they say now they wont refund as my circumstances are different?

What different? A payout I earned with an account I purchased? Because you give payout u can shift the model from 10 to 6% overnight?

Ok if trader keeps quiet you can shift to 2 1% tomorrow and say we process payout?

Such a joke company avoid at all costs!

Payout is reward I earned on my account boss! Not something I begged or got for free. I traded took risk kept my capital at risk and earned

Refund is something traders deserved because of rule changes be it due to volatality or any reason we deserve because we paid for 10% accounts not 6% accounts linking payout to refund is pure scam and stupidity

Justifying it over here makes the scam more worse

Stay away from these guys they will shift to 2% tomorrow and say no refund

Livx has totally banned me from accessing the dashboard deleted my 50k Live account just because review is left

Such a low standard prop firm.Their support team is just shit.no replies while email or no customer support available.huge delay in payout for even small amounts

1st and the most important, this prop firm is not a scam firm like others.. they will provide with payouts if all rules are followed and the best part is there customer support.. I have traded in many firms like FundingPips , 5%ers and more but this firm has the best and transperant customer service , literally we can talk to real humans about any thing not with AI..
Match Trader platform and the spreads are competitive.. over all if you want genuine firm go for it.. it is a little expensive than others but quality doesn't come cheap..

About livx its the truth don waste your money

I successfully completed both phases of LivX Capital’s 10K 2-Step Challenge on March 11, 2026, in full compliance with all rules and without any violations.
What is concerning is that after completing Phase 2, there was no proactive update from their side. I had to personally follow up multiple times — sending around 5 emails over a period of more than 10 days — just to get a response regarding my account status.
Only after repeated follow-ups did their team confirm that I had passed Phase 2. They then stated that my funded account credentials would be issued within 24–48 business hours after their internal audit.
However, even after this confirmed timeline has passed, I have still not received:
My funded account credentials
Any audit report
Any clear explanation for the delay
Despite continuous efforts from my side, the responses have been vague and non-committal, such as “under review,” with no accountability or concrete update.
This raises serious concerns about:
Lack of proactive communication
Delays even after successful completion
Reliability of their commitments and timelines
Due to this experience, I have now initiated formal escalation, including legal and consumer complaint processes, and have started documenting this matter publicly.
⚠️ I would strongly advise others to be aware of such prop firms and exercise caution before engaging with them.

Not great experience so much delay in activation of livxzero account and you have to pay daily drawdown as fee for the account and even payout will take upto 3 days. Earlier livx account are too good with with drawdown limits the account the account which are available now are not that attractive

No one should buy their account, you will waste your time and money. They are changing the rules to suit them. If they see someone taking more payout, they change the rules to prevent it

Then they show small things and reject the payout and remove the account.

For example:- it is enough to put1%percentage SL, but if 1 percentage of it increases by even one dollar, the account will be removed.

Never trust the company.. i take entry and set SL and TP but after sometime 80 % achieving my profit but I can't close my trade... trading platform stuck then after sometime sl hit.
Already given Huge amount for funded account purchase then worst trading system provides.very bad..

Had a good experience with Livx zero account. The Payout and withdrawal process is very smooth. The rules are clear and well explained. Livx team is very suppourtive in clearing the doubts.
