Although it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, Mattia made the best of it. The places we went and the info he passed on about Japan were interesting and made the tour fun. I would recommend Mattia highly for a future tour.

We had an excellent experience with this travel company during our trip to Japan! They helped us arrange several day tours as well as airport transportation, including a few last-minute requests while we were already in Japan.
Our coordinator, Moose, was outstanding—professional, incredibly responsive, flexible, and always quick to find solutions when unexpected issues came up. He made everything easy and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly.

We had an absolutely wonderful two-day private tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone with Fabi. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way, and one of the things we appreciated most was how much he allowed us to go at our own pace. We never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt personalized to us.

On our first day, we explored the Mt. Fuji area, visiting Chureito Pagoda in Fujiyoshida, Lake Kawaguchi for a cruise and the Kachi Kachi Ropeway, Jūrōjin, Oishi Park, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, and the beautiful traditional village and spring ponds of Oshino Hakkai. It was an incredible day with such a great variety of scenery, culture, and experiences.

At the end of the first day, Fabi brought us to our hotel in Hakone, where we stayed overnight. The next morning, he picked us up again for our second full day exploring Hakone. We visited Owakudani and experienced the volcanic landscape, rode the Hakone Ropeway, cruised across Lake Ashi, and visited the beautiful Hakone Shrine and its famous lakeside torii gate.

What really made these two days special was Fabi. He was flexible with the itinerary, helped us throughout the entire experience, and made sure we had time to actually enjoy each place rather than simply checking stops off a list. Having the freedom to explore at our own pace made such a difference.

This was one of the highlights of our time in Japan, and we would absolutely recommend Fabi to anyone wanting to experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone in a comfortable, relaxed, and personalized way. Thank you, Fabi, for two fantastic and memorable days! 🗻🇯🇵

My family and I planned for a day trip to Mount Fuji with Live Nippon. Prior 1 day before the tour, the company and our driver and guide Mr Fabi, will discuss with us and update on the trip to confirm the tour. Mr Fabi was very punctual when he picked us up from our hotel. He patiently introduced and explain to us how long we will reach to Mount Fuji. Despite one of the road to the expressway was inaccessible, Mr Fabi took an alternative route and we arrived to our destination. The tour went every smoothly despite the weather was not too good, but with some luck and sun appearing for a period of time, we managed to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. We covered most of the tour that we planned

2 - Oishi Park - Ice cream
3 - Lake Kawaguchi - Cruise
4 - Restaurant Kosaku Kawaguchiko
5 - Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen temple

As for Mr Fabi, he is a very nice gentleman in guiding us and showing us around Mount Fuji. If there is any chance to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji, he will immediately update you as not to miss the opportunity. Taking care of us and surprising us with a little souvenir from him! Will definitely recommend to him to drive and show us around Mount Fuji. Thank you Mr Fabi!

Faby was the perfect guide for us, although their were clouds around mount Fuji, he did his utmost best to show us several places, while searching for an opening in the clouddeck around Mount Fuji, but weather cannot be changed by men. At the end of the day he showed us some nice places in Tokio, the dinosaur bridge, the statue of Liberty and the Eifel tower, from NYC to Paris in Tokio in 30 minutes amazing. thank you Fabi we had a splendid day

I had incredible time in this tour. Daisuke was very nice and knowledgeable in curating sides. He got extra miles to make you feel comfortable. Visiting a lots sites and places and having a true Japanese experience. I highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un super moment avec Fabi au Mont Fuji. L'expérience était vraiment exceptionnelle et les paysages magnifiques. Fabi connait vraiment bien ce lieu et nous a permit de découvrir plein d'endroit pas forcément dans les bouquins de touristes. En plus, il parle très bien français pour les personnes non-bilingues c'est parfait ! Je peux que recommander l'expérience avec lui.

We had an amazing tour and are strongly recommending the experience for anybody who wants to see and do more than is expected. Our guide, Mattia, showed us fantastic areas and shared stories and history with us that made this a once in a lifetime trip. Just awesome!

We had a wonderful day out on our private Mt. Fuji and Tokyo tour with Live Nippon LLC. The tour was comprehensive, and our guide, Fabi, went above and beyond to show us all the best spots. Fabi was also incredibly patient, helping us capture perfect photos throughout the day. Communication from the tour operator, Live Nippon, was also fantastic from start to finish. They set up a dedicated WhatsApp group beforehand to seamlessly coordinate our itinerary options for the day, which made everything stress-free. If you are looking for a top-tier private tour of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji, I cannot recommend them enough!

Very well run company with great guides, Fabi was our guide for Hakone, he was an excellent driver and knew a lot about the region. He made great suggestions and took us extra places.

After almost 10 days in Japan spent mostly on walking tours, it felt so refreshing to hop in a car for a Mount Fuji day tour. Being driven around instead of constantly on our feet and public transport made such a difference, and the whole day just flowed so much more easily.
Our guide Fabi was wonderful. He has this lovely habit of always having a small surprise or gift for his guests. He gave us a printed photo of ourselves and a set of four beautiful pictures of Mount Fuji in every season. He also adjusted the itinerary so we could stop at a really special spot that wasn’t originally planned, made excellent recommendations throughout the day, and kept the conversations going with so many interesting and entertaining stories. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the experience special.
We made our way through Chureito Pagoda in Fujiyoshida, Lake Kawaguchi, Oishi Park, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, the traditional village of Oshino Hakkai, Fuji Heiwa Park (Peace Park) in Gotemba, then over to Sounzan Station for the ropeway up to Owakudani and finally down to Togendai Station. Every stop had its own charm, and having Fabi there to share little insights and keep everything relaxed made it all the better.
This tour ended up being one of the real highlights of our entire trip. If you’re looking for a comfortable and memorable way to experience Mount Fuji after days of walking, we couldn’t recommend Fabi more highly.

The service was very responsive and accommodating, especially given the last minute nature of the booking. The driver and guide, a fluent English speaker, was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we visited, offering helpful suggestions along the way. I plan on coming again with additional family members and look forward to rebooking with Live Nippon!
